I pointed out the activated damp rid in the closets multiple times a few feet from the bowed bubbled walls with white paint slapped on them, but unfortunately our inspector Donnie was more interested in catching all the Pokémon not the major defects in our home. My children now live in a construction zone with nothing for the holidays due to waypoints negligence. Always do a full report to NIPR against their license number, it is in your inspection report!!! We had a new roof installed earlier this year, so now that it's time to secure new insurance, I called the roofing company we had used (Trust Roofing) and asked if they could recommend someone to do both a wind mitigation and 4-point inspection. They referred me to Joe at JBW. I was hoping to get this done in the next couple of weeks, but when I called on Thursday afternoon, they told me they could have Joe come out the very next morning at 9 a.m. He arrived a few minutes early and got right to work on the exterior portion of the inspection. When it was time for him to come inside, he even changed into clean shoes which was much appreciated! Overall, Joe was polite, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I had the inspection done Friday morning, and had both reports completed and ready to send to the insurance broker by midday Monday. They charged a fair price, and even said if I had one item fixed by a certified electrician, to just have them send a photo and they'd update my report without charging me. I wouldn't hesitate to call JBW again if I needed an inspection done!

The cost of the inspection was more than fair and less than I thought it would be. The home had an issue David found during the inspection and I had multiple questions regarding the problem. David answered my questions without delay and even gave me some much appreciated advice. His report did not mention any mold or moisture issues and that is the reason I purchased the house.Three weeks later I hired a contractor to replace my floors and he discovered mold 4 feet high in 4 rooms to the point that the interior walls were crumbling. I called David and sent emails with pictures and he claimed that I was being scammed and wanted to charge me to have the mold tested when clearly my walls were falling apart.
