Once the inspection was agreed upon AcuSystem immediately scheduled the inspection with the real estate agent and completed it the next business day. The cost of the inspection was more than fair and less than I thought it would be. Once the inspection was complete the inspector, David Gonzalez, immediately forwarded the report to me being I could not be at the home during the inspection. The home had an issue David found during the inspection and I had multiple questions regarding the problem. David answered my questions without delay and even gave me some much appreciated advice. I called David and sent emails with pictures and he claimed that I was being scammed and wanted to charge me to have the mold tested when clearly my walls were falling apart.
