Final Update: I had originally removed this review out of an abundance of caution after the buyers…read morefor some reason wanted to continue using this company. I now have no reason to not put it up and they have waffled on completing the inspection even with 3rd parties here and us not. Update: they have left without finishing their inspection claiming a hostile environment for to my review. As they leave, they tell me the pest control inspector was with a different company. Nice and professional. Buyer and seller beware! Update #2: Oven was left on after they left. Only just found it 40 minutes later. Update #3: I just got off the phone with the agent they have and falsely claimed that I threw them out and stopped their inspection. 1 Star is 2 too many. Original Review: Currently inspecting our home and already caused damage that hasn't been reported to my wife or me. No "I'm Mr. ___ from ____" when coming into our house. Had to get the company name of their shirt. No response when confronted with the damage.

The tech was friendly and professional. The only thing I wish he was able to do, is walk barefooted on the carpet; because once we moved in, our feet were poked by the nails in the carpet on the steps and by the doorway thresholds where the carpet ends.

Foundation heave and settlement 10k (plus…read morea disclosure which lowers my property value) Cracking tented tiles due to active settlement 1300 so far! 6k when all floors are done HVAC 8k (just a rattle says donnie) was growing bio-growth (no mention on inspection) and caused a $408 Duke bill/mo. 3 windows (custom) 11k Invasive Tree roots and sick oak canopy damaging the foundation and roof at the same time.500 (just for the canopy) 1600 for root barrier (if I cut the roots growing under the foundation myself) from the arborist Exterior of house painted in interior paint (the seller left the paint in the garage) $300 Things not quoted yet or I handled my self: Rotting trim on the front of the house Cracked plaster wall under window which was screwed shut by seller Water damage on plaster walls Bowing plaster walls, all walls in the house (havent gotten that quote yet) . Heavy stone front re-attached to my house using trim cualk(left in gun on the back patio) Leaking toilet Just so everyone knows what this company both misses and plaon ignores! I pointed out the activated damp rid in the closets multiple times a few feet from the bowed bubbled walls with white paint slapped on them, but unfortunately our inspector Donnie was more interested in catching all the Pokémon not the major defects in our home. My children now live in a construction zone with nothing for the holidays due to waypoints negligence. Always do a full report to NIPR against their license number, it is in your inspection report!!! I'm waiting on the last 3 inspections to submit mine.
