We cannot express our gratitude for the HONESTY OF THE OWNER, WORK ETHIC, PRICING and the EXCELLENCE OF THE ENTIRE COMPLETION RESULTS OF EACH JOB! We highly recommend this company. As a side note - although the drive was over two hours it was well WORTH IT. We will be using DETAIL DEPOT LLC again.

As such, we were willing to pay a decent sum for the job. She dealt with Doug exclusively, got scheduled, and communicated her expectations. She made him aware of how detailed she is, like super mega detailed, and as such she notices things others tend not to. He provided what seemed an appropriate estimate range (especially as compared to others we got quoted from), and we proceeded with them for business. Our car wasn't filthy per se, but it did have some stains we wanted out, and the old car smell, and our cat peed in the seat smell out. Our expectations were for those stains to be gone, and the car to smell nice, the rest is a plus. I'll start with the negatives: the stains on the seat were still there, and some on the door fabric. The positives: Doug and company were extremely professional and communicative. The cars exterior was superb, and it was clear the interior received a lot of work, there were some minor details missed, but overall it was a great job done. For the price I did expect the stains to be gone though, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If your car doesn't have old stains it can be a 5 star service maybe. The price compared to a different place I took my other vehicle to seemed steep but this particular industry seems to be all over the place, another place quoted us $1000 (Ha!). So overall, if price isn't an issue to you this place is very professional and they did a pretty good job, if your expectation is a "like new" car it might not be possible.

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING…read more tl;dr -- Hire an independent, local inspector who stands behind their work and takes accountability when mistakes happen. My experience with HomeTeam Inspection Service was deeply disappointing. The pre-purchase inspection I paid for was so incomplete that it failed to identify several major, visible issues. Specifically, the inspection missed: Dryer Venting: There was no pipe connecting the dryer to the roof vent--just an open hole in the roof, creating a clear safety hazard. HVAC System: Significant ductwork issues were completely overlooked. Irrigation System: They were unable to operate the controller, so they skipped inspecting the system altogether rather than properly evaluating it. Multiple contractors obtaining quotes to fix these items expressed disbelief that a licensed inspector missed them. The post-inspection response was equally frustrating. When I brought these issues to the owner (Jeff), he acknowledged in writing that an item was missed and initially agreed to assist with the fix. However, he subsequently reversed position, citing fine-print contract limitations and standard inspection protocols. He also directed me to file an insurance claim that was promptly denied. Prospective buyers should also be aware of their contract terms, which restrict your remedies by mandating binding arbitration and capping liability strictly to the cost of the inspection fee. Even my Realtor, who had previously recommended this service, was shocked by how this was handled and confirmed they will no longer refer clients to them. Because of the severe oversights and refusal to stand behind the work, I have filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your home inspection needs.

No rushing, no fluff, just honest, detailed insight that gave us total peace of mind. The report was delivered quickly and was extremely well organized, with photos and clear explanations that made it easy to review and share. You can tell they truly care about their clients and take pride in their work. If you want a reliable, knowledgeable, and top-notch inspection team, HomeTeam Inspection is the way to go. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again!
