Things to consider:…read more 1. I told them what issues I was having. 2. They told me they would do an inspection AND let me know if they thought needed repairs were worth doing(it an older car). 3. They came back with a estimated charge of 1843.00 to fix what was wrong...and recommended new air and cabin filter...flushing brakes...wind shield wipers....I figured I could do that myself so I declined...paid the 1843...and just got back from picking up my car...only my car is not with me...you see... Upon getting in my car...cranking it up and literally crossing the street into a car wash...I observed the following: 1.Check engine light still on. 2. ABS not working light on 3. Inflate tires light on. I don't know about most folks...but when you drive 30 minutes to pick up a car...and you have paid over 1800.00 to get it fixed only to see your dash lit up like a Christmas tree....well...let's just say you start to wonder who it is your dealing with. For those not following me...if someone pays me over 1800 to fix a vehicle and I claim to have inspected vehicle...would I a least bend over and blow up a tire(lol). This place is horrible...they got a little mechanic there that really made me question this place. He was trying to tell me those lights were not on...but their own photos(on their computer) CLEARLY show that they were. Not buying his foolishness or the value of their service...I mean...dang...you can't inflate the tires after your "inspection" and your gonna try to put a customer on the road with a panel lit up like that? Anyway...not sure I have ever been more dissatisfied with service anywhere.

They were sincere throughout the inspection process, sending photos, explaining everything clearly, and even giving their personal recommendation on what they'd do in my situation. Several local dealerships turned down my request for a complicated air suspension repair, but Andy's took it on, finished ahead of schedule, and within budget. Figured that heading directly to the dealership would be the best move from a diagnostic point of view because hey, they made the thing. Wrong. After two hours 'they' said my cat converter was shot (and the source of the rattle), debris in the muffler was a casual contributing factor and for a cool $1500 they'd swap in a certified Toyota cat. No thanks. Gave Debbie an e-mail and was quoted $260 out the door for a new cat. That's more like it. But wait, the funky rattle didn't stop even after swapping out the converter. I brought it to Debbie's attention who promptly had me come back in to have another look. One of their mechanics (Don) spent 15 seconds under the truck so I could reproduce the rattle, said 'That's your muffler', and said they had another aftermarket muffler in stock ready to go. I OK'd the recommendation, had a seat and after being impressed with the amount of sparks coming from the undercarriage of my 235k mile truck and 30 minutes later, was back in the driver seat with a freshly installed Flowmaster muffler. I'm still not sure why, but the cost of the muffler swap was zero. Parting words were 'We appreciate you and just keep bringing us your business' but they have known that for two years now that they are my go to. Beyond thankful and beyond impressed.
