Robert and his team were exactly what I was hoping to find in a local installer. Robert showed up on time, performed a thorough on-site inspection, and provided a very competitive estimate. Everything was explained clearly, and he had a solid plan to resolve some unique challenges with our skylights so they could be properly insulated -- something other companies didn't even address. The crew went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived on time, were extremely clean and respectful of my property, and handled additional issues they discovered during installation, including leaky ductwork and older insulation that was blocking attic vents. They didn't just ignore those problems -- they fixed them. The results were immediate. I could feel the difference in the air conditioning temperature and airflow in the house while they were still working. That alone says a lot about the quality of their work. I am in Merritt Island, FL…read more The duct work installer, Dial Duron, has been out to my house 4 times to install new duct work, replacing the 22-year-old duct work that they suggested I remove. Keep in mind, pictures are the work they did, not the 20 year old duct work to be fixed. Also, wet mastic is 2 weeks after applying. I should mention I turned my AC to 82 for a week in order to help mastic dry. Did not work. I was told keeping my air at 72 when I am at home is too cold. Never had an issue in my other Florida homes. -------------- Work done below. -1st time. replaced all of it. -2nd time to fix many mistakes they did installing new duct work. -3rd time to fix many mistakes that still were not fixed from 2nd visit. -4th time they pulled out all feeder duct work they installed the first time and tried to fix the 2nd & 3rd time. Installed new duct work and mixing boxes. Here we are again with similar issues that the last 4 times did not fix. - Cold air is leaking out of the duct work where it meets the boots on many feeds. - The mixing box is leaking air on one that I checked. I will check all of them soon. - Mastic is not drying because air is leaking out of boots. -Moisture is building up and will cause mold. I was told that I may have to install a dehumidifier in the attic to stop the moisture. If this was true, why on the same mixing box some of the duct work is dry and the one next to it is not. See videos and pictures attached. This is in many areas. Not just one. I also am including photos and videos of items they had to come out and fix the 2nd and 3rd time just so you get an idea of what I am so mad about. One video shows dripping water from newly installed duct work. This was dripping on what is my ceiling. Can you imagine what my ceiling would look like if I did not have them come out and fix the mistake they did. This particular problem was solved on 2nd visit. Another picture shows where they did not apply any mastic. I would not recommend them at all. Wrote this review a couple weeks ago. Update - Mastic still not dry. Air still leaking. Our solar roof system was installed by Goldin by the prior owners of our home. Recently we saw we…read moreweren't getting the return on our power bill we expected and called Goldin Solar. They were responsive, prompt and the price to replace what we needed was reasonable. Even more recently, our roof had a leak and it was under (not related to) where the solar system conduit runs. We had to work with the roofing company and solar to get the conduit up, the roof fixed and then the conduit put back. Throughout the process, Michael at Goldin was flexible, reasonable and the process went quickly. We are super happy with Goldin and recommend them to all our friends.

We are still waiting for Goldin solar to reinstall our solar panels after a new roof installation. They have claimed every delay possible including permitting delays which was their fault and we had significant delays in system design due to the new roof material and then weather delays. Our reinstallation date was set for 1/15. Yet they have continued to not provide an updated installation date and have not responded to email requests for updates as well as VM requests for updates. The company rarely answers the phone. It's an ultimate miracle if someone answers the phone at the office. And a second miracle if they respond to an email after the contract is signed. Stay away from this company and their false claims. We are seeking legal advice at this point!
