I took my grandson gaming computer to get fixed installed a new graphic card and did some repairs. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mo at the shop kept me updated on the repairs. The estimate was very reasonable for the work completed. I cannot express how happy my grandson was. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !! I purchased a iPhone from owner Pali A he said he unlocked it for my carrier. I was surprised when I went to my carrier they said this phone has a iCloud locked meaning it was reported stolen by previous owner and can never be unlocked !. When I went back to the Pali A for a refund he made me wait for 30 min when he finally showed up he said he wasn't going to give me the refund I was promised. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'm stuck with a phone I can't use. They are not professional at all, the store was unorganized, stunk like cigarettes, and had no constant workers that I've noticed beside dav who was the only one helping customers. I tracked my stolen iPad to this store and the manager lied to my face and said it wasn't there. I called the sheriff and the owner got angry at me and said 'it wasn't a good look for his business'. Yet he didn't return my property. After I walked out with the sheriff to file a report, the owner told my friend that the person that sold him my property (Melvin Harshaw, social worker at Loaves and Fishes) didn't tell him that it was stolen and wouldn't answer his phone. The owner told me that he would look at his camera footage to confirm if it was brought there and will call me back at 2pm. But never called me because he knew the iPad was stolen, since he has taken my SIM card out of my iPad. Don't purchase from this store, they have stolen items there. read more

I've been in here twice now on separate occasions to fix a cracked screen that was no longer functioning. Each time was very painless and simple. The first time I came in it was done in 30 minutes which is the fastest I'd ever had my screen replaced. The second time I came in it was fixed in less than thirty minutes and I had my battery replaced! Ahmad (hope I spelled that right) helped me out the second time and did the repair right in front of me. Super friendly and knowledgeable guy. I can't even give this place one star. I took my water damaged iPhone 7 into get fixed. Dude quoted me $120 says come back in an hour. 6 hours later they told me they couldn't fix it because something about my frame was bent and they couldn't close it with the new screen they had put in. I took my phone straight to Cells.r.us inside ShopSmart. Dude over there hooked me up in 15 minutes and charged me $90. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! This place deserved no Stars. I had a computer that needed fixing because the screen showed nothing but the computer does come on. So in a desperate attempt to get it fix, this store had a sign saying they do computer repairs. When I entered, I received an estimate of $120 to fix my computer and it should be fixed within a few days. I agreed and waited. It had been over a month and an half before I gave up waiting and headed back to that place. I'll like to add they did not call me all those times and kept pushing the date back. When I finally go there, I demanded my computer back and they just told me they couldn't fix it but still charged me $35 for fee. I was beyond angry and paid the fee and left. I later found a man on yelp and was worried I would be stuck in another round of mess. However, I really needed my personal so I tried him. I was extremely happy I went to him. He called me the next day telling me he found the files. However, when I looked at the files, they were not mine. ALL MY FILES WERE GONE AND MY HARD DRIVE. practically, this place stole my personal data and my hard drive without my acknowledgment or permission. So if you decide to go to this place, I warn you... DO NOT GO. Save your money. I've been duked, ignored, and stolen from. Please DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. NO ONE SHOULD FEEL AFRAID NOT KNOWING WHERE THEIR PERSONAL DATA IS.
