My friends and I ended up spending the entire day enjoying the atmosphere and amenities. The cafeteria was an unexpected highlight, the food was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the Aroma Body Scrub; it was one of the best treatments I've had. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!

The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

Their affordable adaptive swimming classes gave my autistic…read morechildren water safety skills and confidence in the water which has given me an unquantifiable amount of peace of mind. On top of that, we couldn't be happier with our new family membership. My kids love the kids zone and frequently ask to go there. The swimming pool has been a great addition to our weekly routine, and the kids night out events have allowed my husband and I to have regular date nights for the first time in a decade. My kids are really excited to get signed up for YMCA summer camp, too. YMCA programs have really helped my family thrive. My only wish is that the kid zone would expand their hours. It's tough for working parents to have dinner and get there before they close on weekday evenings, and even harder on the weekends because they close at lunch time on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. And once the kids have finished their weekend sports engagements, there is just no time. I would be willing to pay more for after hours kid zone access!

I don't want to go to an early class, or an after dinner one. But that's when the regular classes are offered. The only ones a little later in the morning, are chair yoga! Really! Not all seniors have to be in those... But I have seen some reviews by Seniors that complain about the high fees here - Actually, a lot of Medicare plans pay for exercise programs - my Premera Supplement does - so I hope the Y takes some of those FYI!

You have the option to book a massage for an additional fee. They also have a small kitchen that offers drinks like tea and water along with some small bites (no alcoholic beverages). There is no additional fee for use of lockers, they provide you with a key, 2 towels and a pair of flip flops. I highly recommend bringing toiletries as they do not have hair conditioner or blow dryers also bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.

The steam room is amazing, the…read morered light therapy was alright, the locker and changing area was clean, they offered sandals which was nice too. The cold plunge is also awesome as well as the jacuzzi. We had tea and played some chess which was also super fun, but here is the downside: The sauna is TOO HOT. It's absolutely miserable. They set the temp at 220+ degrees F, which is absurd. I walked in without shoes and burned my feet so bad I had blisters. It's impossible to walk in there barefoot. Google hot saunas and you will see that 220 is not normal or recommended. You can't last in there for more than a few minutes and you shouldn't. My metal necklace instantly started scorching my neck and my husband said his sandals got so hot they burned his feet. We were in there for 4 minutes max. I HIGHLY suggest the owners turn the sauna to a more appropriate 180-200. I would return only if the sauna was a usable option. I think at that temperature it's not even an option or fun. Other notes: the staff is so nice and friendly!! I'm super bummed about the sauna temp otherwise I would totally be here on weekdays!

In short, OHT headquarters denies any responsibility for the leak in my hot tub that began during…read morethe warranty period. When OHT responded to BBB, OHT completely left out the facts that there were leaks in the hot tub two times during the warranty period that they came out to fix only from the INSIDE of the hot tub and only with "sealant." Not long AFTER the warranty was up, the leak presented itself again, OHT sent out a technician that verified there was a leak, but this time said it would require them to find the leak from the OUTSIDE of the hot tub by searching through the hard foam insulation to the tune of an unknown dollar amount. The tech said it would cost at least $1,200 and as much as $2,700 (or something like that). I said then, OHT should be responsible for fixing the leak since it wasn't fixed properly during the warranty period. The tech checked with the company and told me no, it wasn't covered. Then the tech advised me to use "Fix-A-Leak." The tech wrote down on my service receipt "$1,500 + or -". OHT also imply it is my fault, because I did my own work on the tub (I did only after the warranty). In fact, the only work I did was to replace the water pump (that they already replaced themselves during the warranty period that failed again, and that's why I replaced it), and I replaced the heater. Both fixes were only done in the front compartment and have nothing to do with the shell of the hot tub. *** also claimed we didn't maintain the chemical balance, yet each service report showed the water balance was "good," but even if that were not the case, nothing in the warranty said it was void for poor chemical balance. You can decide if this was ethical or not.
