I am not certain how careful they are about contamination. But the dishes we tried was great. The place was super busy when we got there. You have to pay for parking. I ordered the organic Kale Salad and added chicken as my protein as well as tried their seasonal lemonade (rose petal). The kale salad was so light but filling and refreshing! Just what I needed. I ended up choosing tofu as my protein and the cauliflower risotto and heirloom tomato/ watermelon as my two sides. The tofu had a good amount of flavor. The heirloom tomato and watermelon salad with mint and honey goat cheese was perfection on this hot summer day. I ordered a corn "ribs" appetizer and steak plate. The flavors on the corn were really good when they were together in the same bite. Other bites were just okay. Seems like they didn't ensure the seasoning was consistent. The steak was advertised as medium but seemed closer to well done and had some excessive burnt charring in parts. Whatever you get, they're going to have enough savory mildly sweet crunchy soft textures. Everything is super fresh. There's indoor outdoor seating. You wait in line order and they bring it to your table. They offer to bring you more water to bring utensils. So if you can leave a tip on the table for these guys. They work very hard. Ahh I love this place. My go to is always the ginger miso crunch salad with grilled chicken, it is literally SO GOOD. They also have very good teas. The service is always good here and it's always clean with cute decor. I have been here a decent amount of times just for this salad specifically. The Turkey and avocado Cobb salad was a surprising disappointment, with an abundance of dressing and not a lot of turkey, which was shaved extremely thin. Not as much to this salad as we'd imagined or as one usually expects from a Cobb salad. The cookie is maybe the best cookie we've ever had. Lemon cupcake is good as well.
