Flower world did an amazing job with the arrangement I wanted for my girlfriend. I came in super last minute asking for something that was unique but still not too much to ask for. This place is horrible never ever have anything delivered from this place . The driver Alexis was even the rudest person you could ask for . They insisted they delivered it but they didn't must have left it at the wrong apartment . Asked her to come back and pick it up from where she left it .she told me she was off and I would have to go look for it . They sent me photos of which arrangement I waNted and tHey delivered something half that size. Then they give you something completely different than what you ordered....they will give you the cheapest flowers, just so they can profit from you. I ordered a simple arrangement. A bouquet to be exact. I provided pictures of the calla lilies and specifically asked if she could provide me with what I'm looking for. She said yes, and said to pick it up two days later. The day I get there- the bouquet of calla lilies are the size fit for a 5yr old and completely in blossomed! Closed calla lilies?! She tied a ribbon that my baby cousin could do better using her feet. Another customer saw the flowers and left the store as quickly as she entered. Knowing my dissatisfaction, she charged me $50 anyways and I left the bouquet there! I recommend anywhere but here. read more

Thought I would give this place a try this was my first time and last time ordering. Flowers were not delivered at all. I called several times to both numbers and did not get an answer I had to drive down there on Valentines day to see what happened and get my money back. This Indian looking couple seem to be the owners and we're very unprofessional. i did not get my money refunded that day because they wanted to find out what happened which I thought was fine they said they would call me the next day it was late afternoon and no phone call I had to call him. I wouldn't recommend this place for a flower delivery ..flower deliveries are suppose to be perfect and on time. read more

I'm not sure what rating my arrangement should be worth but I know it definitely doesn't deserve five stars. It was an 'okay' arrangement. I ordered my arrangement online on November 30, 2017 after looking through several nearby online websites, most of which were a bit pricey or it was a 'scam'. This place had the cheapest arrangement of flowers (about $41, tax included) and had 3 1/2 stars so it was good enough for me. I just needed something decent to be placed at the funeral home since I was only an acquaintance. I wasn't really expecting much but I gave Flower World one day to prepare my arrangement. I received a notification by email that my arrangement was delivered at around 3:53 p.m on December 1, 2017. I came to the funeral home at around 7:00 p.m. December 1st weather was around 74 degrees so I can't suspect that the weather caused my flowers to droop. There was only a 4 hour difference between the time it was delivered to the time I arrived. The funeral home was also in Northridge near their location. Can flowers droop/die that quickly? Or did they already cut my flowers a day before and it was not 'fresh.' In addition, a good suggestion would be to put flower food packets in the flowers if Flower World often sends wilted flowers. Reading the yelp reviews, I already expected the card letter to be handwritten. The Vietnamese language is quite easy and all the letters are similar to the English alphabet with a few marks here and there. I know that Flower World doesn't know Vietnamese, but I wrote the letter in the '240 words' spot. It shouldn't be hard to copy and paste what was on the computer into the card, but there were a few misspellings. Although, I still appreciate that Flower World tried since it is out of their 'comfort' zone. The card wasn't anything super nice to be honest. I wasn't expecting much as I mentioned before. Although, I didn't get as many flowers as the picture (I know more money = more flowers). Most importantly, I would rather have non drooping/wilted/fresh flowers. I only paid $40 but for those who pay $50, $60+ I would appreciate it if those people don't get drooping flowers. read more

Got my flowers here for my wedding. My bouquet, 3 brides maids bouquets, and the grooms were all ordered from here. Had no issues. Emailed them the images of what I wanted it to look like and they got it pretty close to looking the same. Price was great! -especially since I didn't want to spend a fortune on flowers. They were even kind enough to give me a call to remind me that someone has to come and pick it up (didn't have it delivered since it was on the way/ nearby the church). read more

I want to give them zero star! Nothing! Zilch! Nada! Sefr!! Lisa said she will do everything we asked her, she wrote the contract the way she could only understand it and we asked if she could remember all the details she said she's been in business for 17 years and she will remember and we trusted her completely!! But, at the day of the wedding we learned our lesson!! We could've spent $1000 more and avoid all that stress on our special day! She screwed up big time!!! The bridal bouquet was not even close to what we asked, she changed the bride's flowers bouquet because she said they smelled so bad!!! The vase in the church was covered up with some white clothes so we don't even know what she used there, she charged us $50 for delivering those flowers but she missed the 12 side table flowers, thinking we would not notice! AND the worst nightmare was when we learned she didn't put the money box in the banquet hall and when we called her she said that wasn't included in the contract, even though we asked her multiple times about that and she said "yes I know I will put it there" liar, the only good part was in the banquet hall the "center piece" which they did what we asked! She also forgot to put candles on the bride's table and didn't even decorate it the way we asked! I'm sorry Lisa but you guys are not organized and can't get away with not delivering what you promised. Went to go buy flowers quickly before my night class and walked it to only a few premade arrangements. unfortunately I saw one with colors I liked but the florist put no input into who I was buying the flowers or anything. I picked theses flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I walked in not knowing flowers so I was disappointed this morning after one night petals on the stand they were on. I received an orchid sent from Chicago. Took a picture of it to thank the sender. It was NOT what she ordered. She contacted her florist in Chicago who got in touch with Flower World. They send another plant (taking back the original one). Again, the sender had stipulated that the plant have buds on it. Guess what No buds. I would NOT recommend this florist. read more
