I can say with certainty that my daughter would not have picked out the arrangement that was delivered nor would I. When you order by phone or online you need to be able to trust that what will delivered is going to be top quality. The arrangement delivered to me included a dozen or so large cream colored roses, stargazer lilies, greens and some small innocuous aster type flowers. Had Kevin's Petal cart filled the order with FRESH UNBRUISED flowers all would have been well. Instead what was delivered included bruised lilies with brown edges, roses with a less than fresh appearance. This was not an inexpensive arrangement and as such I wanted to give Kevin's a chance to remedy the situation. I first emailed Kevin's to notify them of the problem along with photos of the arrangement. I waited a week for a reply but got none. Next I called Kevin's Petal Cart Florist to let them know what they delivered was not acceptable. I was told that when a florist fills an order from an outside source that they only receive part of the total- like that justified delivering bruised flowers. The man I spoke to told me he would look for the email I sent and call me right back. He never called back, subsequent messages left by me on his answering machine also went unanswered. My daughter will not be using Kevin's Petal Cart Florist again. I will never use them between poor quality flowers and terrible customer service I've seen enough. I wish I could post an accompanying photo as seeing is believing.

I should have listened to my intuition... Robin, the owner, reeked of cigarettes and was totally distracted and rather abrasive during our consultation. I figured that her personality didn't really matter if she could put together all my flowers nicely. She told me that Jennifer from the Chatham store would get her notes and put together a proposal for me in 7-10 days. On day 10 I emailed Jennifer, and left voicemail messages with both Robin and Jennifer requesting an update. Jennifer gets back to me the next day and says she hasn't received the notes from Robin and therefore hasn't started the proposal. 3 days later she tells me she still hasn't gotten the notes but would be happy to "start fresh" with me over the phone. I told her no thanks and I'll take my business elsewhere. So now I'm 2 weeks behind in getting a florist booked and need to "start fresh' with a search for a florist who will value my business. Maybe the Chatham store is ok but that Robin at Perfect Package in Worcester is a disorganized, direspectful, uncommunicative waste of time for brides!

They went above and beyond and delivered the flowers the same day. Additionally, in very short notice they were able to change the delivery address upon my request. The person I spoke with was delightful. I explained to her what type of flowers I was looking for over the phone and when I got the picture I couldn't be happier with the results. My friend loved the flowers as well. I really like that they send you a copy of the delivery confirmation as well as a picture of the flowers. Great service all around! Next time I need to send flowers near the Hyannis area I know exactly where to call. You should do the same! This place is well deserving of the 5 stars!

However, the place seemed to lose its luster after the COVID pandemic. On one visit, I had a run-in with an officious staff member who may just have been having a bad day. This year, it we could not find what we wanted, and much of the annual stock was looking stressed. Tried again two weeks later and bought nothing. In the end, we found what we wanted at Friend's Marketplace, Agway and Bayberry Gardens. The latter is in Truro, has interesting plant varieties and a terrific staff. Hoping The Farm returns to its former glory next year.

The gal said, oh A**** does a good job, just a mistake. She completely blew it off. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and wonder how much I was overcharged and didn't notice. Make sure you keep track of what they ring up. If one of their "good" employees doesn't know the difference between a perennial and an herb, what are the others charging you for?
