Not going to lie, I was nervous because I ordered off their website without checking Yelp first. Anyway, it worked out just fine. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered to my grandmother on Saturday morning (like at 8 am). I called to confirm that they had gotten the order since it was for a same-day delivery on Mother's Day weekend. Yelp and their website listed they open at 9am. I called at 915am and the line kept ringing with no answer. Now I'm nervous since I had JUST finished reading these Yelp reviews. I called again at 920am and a woman answered the phone. They had just walked in the door and will check to see if my order had printed yet. She found the order. I told her I was flexible for the type of flowers in the arrangement, just to put whatever she thought looked nice and were fresh. I just wanted something bright for my grandmother. The lady said ok and that the delivery will be later in the day, which was fine. My grandmother got her flowers at 630pm and was very happy with them. My husband bought me an anniversary arrangement plus 3 balloons two red, one anniversary and a box of chocolates..couldnt even get the balloons right.one pink one red..yellow, blue, and green string...a rainbow star balloon for happy anniversary. Chocolate box was replaced by 4 dollar bag of grocery store Hershey's minis. So bad their delivery guy said happy bday handing it to me. Over 100 spent for a bunch of crap, this location thinks substitution policy gives them a right to completely ignore your order. See pics. I received an arrangement for my birthday. My best friend lives in Australia and placed an order through 1-800-Flowers that was fulfilled by Flowers with Grace. Less than 72 hours later, my flowers are shriveling up and dying. I specifically ran my air and kept my arrangement in the coldest room in the house to keep them alive, but it didn't help. The very next morning, one of the tulips had wilted down. It was no more than 74F in our house at the most and the arrangement was never in direct sunlight so there is no reason for them to be wilting and dying off. One of the button mum blossoms is wilted and won't even be blooming. The tulip leaves/stalks are withering too. Awesome. For comparison, my flowers last year were fulfilled by Angelica's Florist and the flowers lasted over a week and were extremely fragrant. The ones from Flowers with Grace have literally no scent at all. I'm so angry that my friend spent a lot of money and didn't get what she paid for. Don't believe the stock photos the business has uploaded! Update: It gets worse! I just took the flowers out to change the water and not only were some of the stems mushy and rotten (and smelly) but the button mums and filler greens were cut too short and then were taped into the bouquet! No wonder the flowers were dying off - they weren't long enough to reach the water! read more

The most disappointing experience. Called in to make sure they had what I needed. The whole reason I chose them was because I was looking for something very specific and was in a bit of a time crunch. The representative confirmed they had exactly what I needed so I rushed over. After a few minutes they came back and said they did not have what I needed. I chose to go with something else and he gave me the price. When they were ringing me up another lady came in and told me it would be double what I was quoted Long story short they weren't honest through the whole experience and they wasted about 45 min of my time for something that should have been a 5 min experience . My sister ordered me flowers (I'm not sure if directly from the site or a different website that was fulfilled by this business) for my graduation. She upgraded to "deluxe" and the flowers and vase were about as tall and wide as a piece of paper. I sent her a picture to thank her and her first response was "It was supposed to be a WAY BIGGER arrangement!!!!". She was not happy. Reading the other reviews it seems this happens often for flowers that are delivered by them. If the flowers I received were "deluxe" I couldn't imagine what standard would look like. I'd also like to note that I didn't get any flower food and the water was dirty. It looks like the stems barely get into the vase too. I don't expect them to last very long... These guys are terrible! I ordered a corsage for my Son's Homecoming date. I told her I would be there after the football game around 1pm, when I arrived, the owner told me my Son called and said he wouldn't be there until 4pm. My Son did no such thing, he was only focused on his football game, and since he doesn't drive, he would not change a plan. So bottom line she lied to me. I will NEVER come back here! Not a good experience. Someone sent me flowers through 1-800 flowers and Flowers with grace filled the order. I can't tell how good or bad the arrangement and candy was because I wasn't home when they attempted to make the delivery so they left the flowers and candy with a neighbor that I only have a hi and bye relationship with. I don't even know their names. They left a note saying to pick up the flowers next door and call them to confirm that I picked them up. Needless to say I called to inquire on why they were comfortable leaving my flowers at the house next door. I was told they couldn't leave them outside because of the temperature, so they left them next door and they do this often when recipients aren't home. That way people want complain that they didn't get their delivery in time. I informed them that I didn't think that was a good thing and I was unhappy with their approach and offered some advice which would've worked better for me and perhaps others in the future; the advice was to send a text that they are attempting a delivery if they don't get an answer when calling or try making more than 1 call or even leave a message. In this case people were in the house and I were on an important call when I received a call from a unknown number. Had they text I would've known someone was sending me flowers and could've contacted someone at the house to open the door. The lady asked what I wanted her to do to make it better. I responded just take my advice into consideration, I believe it will make your business better and customers happier. Her response was that per the driver the neighbors were happy to take the delivery for me. My reply, they may have been but that doesn't make what they did okay. When I got home I saw a young lady coming out of the house to walk her dogs, I asked about the delivery and she said they did deliver but someone came and got them. I thought my brother who retrieved the notice from the door may have went to get them after he texted me to tell me they were next door. I went inside and there were no flowers and my brother said he didn't get pick them up. That's when I realized the neighbor meant some one from the flower shop picked them up. They did not inform me that they were going back to pick them up. Needless to say I contacted the sender who was furious about what happened. He gave me the order information to contact 1-800 flowers. They were in aww of the notes Flowers by grace left. So sad that they lied and said I told them to go back and pick the flowers up. So so sad! Another company will fill the order and deliver tomorrow. Less see how this goes! read more

A minor hiccup with delivery that was quickly resolved, but the arrangement is gorgeous. The mix itself is beautifully done and the flowers were super fresh. Even after five days, it's still beautiful. The container itself is lovely. I would use Flowers With Grace again, I can't say I have ever received a prettier flower arrangement or one that lasted as long. read more

This florist gives quality flower arrangements! My flowers always last for weeks! It's always busy during the major holidays like Mother's Day and Valentine's Day but that's to be expected! I feel that my flowers are always quality and something better than most Riverside florists. I had a not so great experience with this flower shop the first experience was I ordered a Arrangement and it never was delivered so a few years passed by and I figured let's give them a shot now recently I ordered my mom an arrangement with roses and lilies to be delivered to her home once I got there it turned out they delivered the complete opposite they delivered a bouquet with nothing but carnations which would be a fraction of the price, it took me about half a day for them to answer my calls it would just ring and ring.... finally I got the manager on the phone she did send a delivery guy to pick up the wrong arrangement and swap it out with the correct one but it really took a lot of my time to even get a hold of anyone in that flower shop. read more

Stay clear of this business! My husband ordered a flower arrangement from 1-800-flowers for Valentines day. Flowers With Grace were contracted to fill the order. The arrangement was supposed to come with a teddy bear and a heart shaped box of chocolates. He had them delivered to my work. The flowers came and didn't have the teddy bear or the chocolates and the day lily's were wilted. It spoiled the whole arrangement and I had to remove them to enjoy the rest of the flowers. He made a call and was told that a new arrangement would me sent the following day between 10:00am and 2:00pm including the missing items. Nothing was delivered. On the second day a courier delivered the only the teddy bear and the candy not the new flower arrangement was promised. I was most disappointed at the entire service I received and will never use this 1-800-flowers or Flowers With Grace again. I will be calling 1-800-flowers to make a formal complaint against this business. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. My honey sent flowers to my job on 2/13/2015 and they were supposed to have been delivered that morning. They arrived at almost 4 pm. The bouquet was supposed to have roses, lillies, and carnations according to the website. I got roses and a few sprigs of dried babies breath. I should have refused delivery. I ordered a quite expensive bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday and asked for them to be delivered early that day. Long story short, the flowers never got delivered and after they refunded our money, they offered to send a complimentary bouquet. Turns out complimentary meant 6 roses which pissed me off more. When I called them back, I was told that they didn't have to give me my money back and that I should have been happy with the 6 roses. I would have thought they would send the original bouquet to at least keep their customer happy. At the end of the day, this florist completely ruined my mother's birthday because she is used to receiving HUGE bouquets and the florist sent not even a dozen roses in a nice vase. I ended up calling Bakers Flowers in Riverside who saved the day. If you want your flowers to never be delivered, pick this place. read more
