I spoke with five different surgeons in the Bay Area and she really stood out for her professionalism. More so than any other surgeon, my consult with her felt like a medical appointment as opposed to a sales pitch. She went into my medical history and went to great lengths to understand the results I wanted to achieve, especially as a smaller person trying not to go too big. She was honest, patient, and highly informed and willing to go into great detail about the procedure, which I really appreciated. Jolie (the practice manager) was also fantastic for laying out all of the details of the surgery and making sure it went smoothly. I trusted her enough to try a new implant (Motiva) that she hadn't worked with previously and do not regret my decision at all. The surgery itself went very smoothly and I had a surprisingly quick recovery (2 days of bedrest for 215-230cc implants under the muscle). Dr. Weintraub and Jolie were very responsive with the questions I had about aftercare. Three months post-surgery, I'm incredibly happy with the results and keep getting great feedback about how natural they look and feel! 10/10 would recommend this practice and working with Dr. Weintraub especially. Note: A lot of plastic surgeons will go to great lengths to market themselves, taking out advertisements and promoting their business so it's at the top of search results. I heard about Dr. Weintraub from a friend-of-a-friend and was way more impressed with her than all of the top-billed surgeons I consulted with. She doesn't advertise as much, but honestly she doesn't need to.

I have been interested in a breast augmentation along with other breast changes for years as no matter what I did with my yo-yo weight loss journey my breasts remained to be a big concern. Last year, I was at a point of frustration with my breasts and pulled info for 2 surgeons. Two appointments were made with both surgeons and fortunately, the first appointment was scheduled with Dr. Lisa Hwang. I was nervous and anxious but I was ready for a change. After my initial consultation, Dr. Lisa Hwang who listened to my concerns/ wishes and answered all my many questions. She also presented all my options, reviewed the whole process step by step to post surgery recovery schedule and after conversing through it all, I felt confident I found my surgeon to do my boob job and scheduled surgery date a couple of weeks later. Surgery Day - I was ready! I was excited and had anxiety, too. Once Dr. Hwang walked into the room, I became calm and relieved where she started to outline my breasts for surgical prep. I had confidence in Dr Hwang's attention to detail and she truly understood what I wanted in the final results and executed it on point. Post Surgery - I will not lie that I was in discomfort, cried, struggled and hated most my restricted sleep position as part of the healing process but had to follow through on doctors instructions. Dr. Hwang was amazing. We were communicating daily via text and via the secure web platform where I uploaded breast pics, too. I felt I was in genuine care with Dr. Hwang and her responses were exactly what I needed - prompt, thoughtful, thorough and clear. I did experience a hiccup in the healing process for a breast a few weeks post surgery which is not uncommon and had to undergo a mini surgery to remedy the issue which was completed in her office. After this procedure, the healing went much more smoothly and without altering the breast aesthetic too much for it to be noticeable. It's 7 months post surgery and I'm so pleased with the final results and so is my longtime boyfriend, too! I'm so happy and in I love that my breasts have enhanced my body silhouette. I can see my waistline! Even though I was nervous, he and his amazing anesthesiologist were always confident and have had several years of surgery experience. My recovery was strong- no pain or nausea, a couple of days of minor bleeding, managed with just mild medication. I also managed to sleep. And Dr. Mehta's post - op support has been incredible. He truly cares about his patients and has made a positive difference in my quality of life. I sleep better, and can exercise more. And I noticed better cardiovascular function aswell. Her appointments were 2 months out but it was very easy making an appointment. Since I have Cigna, I only had to my co-pay which was an even sweeter deal. There is plenty of parking at the PAMF location that Dr. Russell has her office. I checked in and she was right on time to see me. She listened to my concerns, what I was looking for etc. and she was very patient the whole time. She was also very frank about what she is currently doing (not face lifts) and suggested some fillers that she heard about that were great. She no longer does fillers either but she went out of her way to get me several names for doctors that will provide that service. She was upfront about whether she thought I need a face lift and recommended products that would work with my skin and my goals. Cons: Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. On coming back I did some reading about bbl and realized that there needs to be some cooling period after each flash which was not followed which led to my blister. So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given shes who I will have to deal with. There's less structure to the pricing they charge, she gave me a quote nd then increased it about 20 mins later for the owner who may read this - please look into the patients experience if you care about your business.
