I'm glad I did. For my meal I ordered just one thing the Bauern Schnitzel. This dish is described as a "breakfast specialty featuring a hand-breaded pork schnitzel topped with two eggs and hollandaise sauce. This German-Texan fusion dish is served daily during morning hours and comes with a biscuit alongside your choice of home fries, hash browns, grits, or black beans." Within minutes of my order being placed, my food came out in about 5 minutes -- not too shabby! As you can see from the photo, it looked very appealing. How was the taste? Simply filling and comforting. It was rich, stick to your bones grub that you want every so often. Hash browns were crisp, and the schnitzel was fried perfectly and topped with my over easy eggs. Everything simply worked in unison for a flavorful combination. The biscuit was also something to mention. It was homemade, fluffy, and not dry whatsoever!
