The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

Last week or so, my water pressure started to go down throughout my house and eventually stopped. I…read morecalled Crystal Clear Water and they sent out their team to diagnose the issue which was coming from the water softener filtration system. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Grateful for Thomas and his crew. My water like from the city to my house was leaking somewhere (14…read moreyear old home that was bought new). Could not have happened at a worse time (right around Christmas). Thomas and crew recommended we replace the line vs tearing up our driveway to diagnose the leak (would have been just as costly but I would have ended up with a repair vs a new line). His crew worked diligently through Christmas Eve and on one of the days they were working until close to midnight (they started early in the morning). The repiping included boring underneath my driveway to get to the house. They had to open a small patch of concrete on the driveway, had to open a hole in my drywall inside the garage, and they had to pull back my artificial turf on both sides. When they were done with the project. They put everything back to the way they were (reinstalled turf, fixed concrete, drywall repaired). I am so grateful for their dedication and not working insane hours to get our repipe project completed. I was so impressed with his and his teams work, I have hired his company to replace my garbage disposal unit. Another job well done.
