About every 9-12 months we have roots that clog our main sewer line (which becomes an immediate emergency) and Chasen always comes the same day and fixes it for us. Prior to knowing Chasen, we had a few other plumbers come out and they weren't able to clear the clog. He's also helped fix some toilets, showers, and anything else that pops up for us. I've had Chasen out a couple times now for our house in Fullerton. I have been incredibly impressed with how well he does his job, which I have found to not be the case with other plumbers, unfortunately. Chasen is awesome. He's going to be my go-to plumbing contractor from now on. House's main sewer was backed up and draining extremely slow. After several failed attempts at trying to clear it myself, I called Chasen up. He was referred by a family member. He came out later that day and worked through after the sunset to clear out root issues that I had. Going at it a few more times even after drain was flowing to clear out stubborn roots (he showed me the scope camera feed, they were big). I had also asked him to quote me to install a main clean-out. There was no need, he located it in my front yard sitting underneath a stepping stone. I had no idea I had one. He saved me some major bucks there. Not only that, his fee for clearing out the roots was very reasonable. He also gave me some tips with the city's sewer root maintenance program (city's tree). We had trouble with one of our showers being scalding hot with no cold water and could not personally find a solution. We then contacted two other plumbers who came out to look at the problem but did not provide a solution (one of them just never showed up again). I then contacted some friends and was given Chasen's number. He was out two days later (since it was not an emergency). He was communicative, on time and respectful. He finished the job within a couple of hours (which included going to purchase the parts he needed). He cleaned up after himself and charged very reasonably. He also asked about our tankless water heater to make sure it was being maintained properly. After having others here that did not know what they were doing and left mud from their shoes on my white shower floor for me to clean up, I would give Chasen 10 stars if I could. I wish I could leave a positive review because initially, I was very impressed and pleased with Chase's work. Our homeowners' association hired him because of a recommendation from another contractor. He came to our complex, surveyed the sewer problems, and submitted a reasonable bid. We hired him and he performed the work to our satisfaction and indicated that three of our sewer lined needed serious repair. He was to submit a bid and starting date for the repair of three sewer lines. He never submitted a bid or a date. I attempted to contact him numerous times, all to no avail. I don't know why he ceased working for us because we paid him immediately and, to my knowledge, I had no problems with him. We are disappointed because we had hoped to put him on a yearly contract to clean the sewer lines. I wish I knew what happened. read more

This is the best plumber I have ever used. I had already had one plumber come out and he was unable to fix the problem. I called Innovative and he came the same day. He worked on the problem until it was fixed, he was very respectful of my house and even put booties over his work boots to keep the floors clean, and he washed my bathtub with soap after he was done.
