Our 1 year old Linus needed a groom, and Fluff Dog Grooming delivered! Linus is an anxious guy and can be quite vocal when stressed. It was his first groom, unfortunately he had a couple mats behind his ears from our hiking adventures and they were able to get rid of them! Linus got to play with puppies and kitties and seemed to be in a great mood when we picked him up! He looks so nice and fresh! They were even able to clean up the recent DIY grooming attempt I had made which didn't look so good! The price was very reasonable for a groom with mats and I love that Linus got some socializing in! Def recommend, especially for Cavalier folks! read more

This is the only place where my dog (Bubba Casas) is able to get any sort of grooming cuz he's sooo anxious at any other places. They do such a great job on Bubba each time & keep records of the styles they do on him to see how to improve each time & they've definitely locked it down! There is no Customer service and professionalism on no level. Very unorganized with appointments and customer profiles. Your pet will be there ALL DAY LOOOOONNNG. They don't even ask you how you want your dog cut they don't take the time to get your specifics. Just drop off and go! NEVERMIND coming to pick up ! My pet was treated horribly and the grooming was ugly ass hell! Honestly the entire staff look like a bunch of functioning addicts. Only went here because it was rec. by a neighbor. 7/22/24 - Gracie went in today for her first appointment and it was great. Gracie is an older dog, and Michelle was so understanding of her allergies and arthritis issues. Gracie received the Thera Clean for her skin condition and medicated shampooing as well with the medicated shampoo I supplied and I was so pleased with Michelle's understanding and knowledge and the atmosphere and results. This review is for Heather. I came in on Sat, 6/15 around 3:20pm to get my sisters dog Tasi nails clipped. I just typed in "nail trim, walk in" on Yelp after unsuccessfully getting an appt with one of those in home boutiques. I shared her background with Heather, how she's neglected, nails have never been trimmed in ever, etc. I only had about an hour left before I had to return her and basically just wanted to pamper her before she goes back. Prior to this walk-in, I had cut her hair myself and gave her a bath. She was so matted everywhere! I originally wanted to get her professionally cut and bathe but the place I planned on going to, was not open on weekends. So, I tried my best to do it myself but still.... It wasn't great. Anyway, I walked in, was greeted by Heather and another groomer. I explained Tasi's situation and really wanted to get her nails trimmed so that she's not in pain when she walks. Heather even went ahead and offered to continue her cut at no charge. I insisted to please charge me anyway. She said to give her 15 mins. Tasi did sooooo so well under her care. Not a bark, not even a little peep which is unusual, but I truly believe dogs know when they're in good care. When Tasi was handed back to me. Surely enough, she only charged me for the nail trim but I couldn't help to give Heather a well deserved tip for being a kind human. Going above and beyond when she didn't have to for a nail trim appt. Especially 30 mins before closing!! Tasi looks soooo so cute. Her walks no longer makes a noise from her overgrown nails. I could cry from how unexpected this walk in visit was. I highly recommend Heather! read more

I loved everything about my experience here! I found on Facebook, Michelle responded right back. She was able to get my fur baby in at the end of the week as we have been traveling. She listened to me about it dog hating the dryer on his face. He was so fluffy & cute. I drove right pass the shop the first time but it is nestled in a small shopping center. My Gizmo has been coming here for a few years now. The ladies here are amazing! My dog use to be scared of going to the groomers and hated it because he had bad experiences at other places. After coming here, he never wants to leave! I have to force him to leave when I pick him up. He always looks happy and relaxed. They always give him a handkerchief or a tie after his haircut which is such a nice touch! They are also RIDICULOUSLY cheap... it's to the point I wonder how they can stay in business. Anyone complaining about the prices, clearly haven't shopped around. Even with their market adjustments they are still well below any other groomer in the area that charges more AND aren't as good. We moved out of the area a little over a year ago and still make the 1 hr. drive to bring our dog to Fluff. Took my Maltese here twice to see Michelle and my little one comes home just so cute each time! My Maltese becomes very anxious around other dogs , and can get a little uncomfortable with others handling her as well, but she seems so comfortable with Michelle right from the start. When we came to pick her up, she was in her cage (because she's anti social with other dogs), but she was happily calling out for us and wagging her tail. This was not the case at her previous grooming places , where she seems frightened, sitting quietly in her cage, while waiting to be brought to us. I was happy seeing her appear that relax . As a plus, today is lunar new year, and how sweet can Michelle be to give our Maltese a red/yellow bow! I use to only take my Maltese in for grooming every 6 months just because I hate seeing how fearful she is, but now I can feel at ease to take her in more frequent ! read more

My partner and I had booked an appointment for our small dog about a week in advance and an hour before the appointment, the groomer messaged that she had a dentist appointment at 3 when our appointment was at 2 and was worried that she would not make it to her appointment and said "we have to reschedule." The groomer's name is Heather and was not apologetic about the late notice or needing to reschedule. I'm sure the actual grooming services are great from the reviews; however, the customer service was lacking in this interaction. I asked if there could be a discount for the late notice in rescheduling but there was not. It seemed pretty unprofessional and we did not end up rescheduling. read more

We have used them now 3x and nothing but great things about these ladies. Yes, I am the so called "Helicopter Mom" specially now with all these stories I read and hear about bad things happening to dogs whether via Groomers or Pet Day Care. They are patience with the girls being that getting them out of their care is like tooth extracting. I have only used them nail trimming and I like that they don't give me "that look" when I asked them if they can also grind their nails to smooth them out. They are accommodating when I call in to take the girls as a walk in, but do call first to make sure they can fit you in as a walk in. I have not use them for other services but I need to take one the girls soon for her summer cut. read more

I often bring our two dachshunds in to get their nails clipped, so that's the only thing I'm capable of reviewing. In my limited experience, however, this place has a lot of good qualities. First, they're always available to take walk-ins. I live just down the street, so this is much appreciated. Second, they're very quick in their cuts. Their groomers obviously have done this a bunch. Third, they love my dogs, and are always quite sweet to them. Finally, they're very cheap. I guess admittedly I haven't been many other places for nail trims, but I don't imagine they'd get much cheaper than here: $10 for two dogs! Anyways.
