I'm going to basically restate what most of the previous reviews are writing. Before I decide to give my hard earned money to any reputable business, I do a lot of research on Yelp about the company or person I'm trusting. For this particular review, I entrusted Dan the man to help me out on restoring the paint on my sun damaged M3. Let me start by saying that it will always help to have as much of an idea of what you want before you reach out. In my case, I wasn't sure if Dan could help me out or not, due to the severity of sun damage to my paint. With that said, I was still able to tell Dan what I was hoping he could do, and see if he was able to at least take a look at my car and give me an idea if it was possible. Dan came down to take a look at both my roof and hood which both had a significant amount of damage. This is what I get for not waxing and protecting my precious car that sits in the California sun every Summer, sometimes with or without a cover. Dan mentioned what he would most likely be able to restore and gave me a couple of estimates. Within a few days we setup a time that he could come over and test some spots. I felt bad that I really didn't have any shade for him to work under on a 93 degree day, but he said not to worry about that. Within 3 hours he gave me a call and asked me if I'd like to see what he was able to accomplish. Half of my hood looked brand new and the other half hadn't been touched. Obviously, he did that on purpose so I could see the difference. (See the pics below) I am blown away! The amount of attention Dan puts into his work is 2nd to none. Although there is other work that still needs to be done to my car, I wasn't prepared to knock it all out at once. Good work takes time and money, so I've decided to work with Dan in stages to finish the whole car as time permits. I've made my decision that Dan will be the person to help me restore my paint to it's full potential. Bottom line... if you're looking for some cheap fix that is going to cost you more in the end to undo and have done right, don't waste your time or his. If you care about your cars paint, and want to protect it and get started on a maintenance program that will keep it in the best condition, Dan is the man to call. Glad to have found Dan the detail man! I saw his posts on Instagram and saw he serviced my area. I was thinking about getting my car detailed at my house, especially since I have a toddler and work full time. I don't have the time (or want to spend it) sitting at a car detail shop. I called Dan and discussed services and pricing. Prices were about what I expected and I liked that this is an eco conscious company. They use little to no water and avoid the chemical smelly stuff. We scheduled a cleaning and they came out today to clean my car. My backseat was pretty dirty, with toddler crumbs and milk spills and all of the things that come with toddlers. Dan did an amazing job on the car. Took his time, explained what he did and gave me tips on what to do in the future. The car was immaculate and even the engine and under the hood was cleaned. Before you go to your local "auto spa" and try to select from a meaningless menu of options (do you want your car to be $35 clean, $45 clean, or $50 clean? Wtf?!), before you purchase that ceramic coat or paint protection film, you really should call Dan. At the risk of being somewhat verbose, here's my story in case any finds themselves in this situation.... I know literally nothing about cars. Then I bought a car that I really liked. Of course I wanted to keep it clean so one day I rinsed it off with the hose, then took a phone call and let the city water air dry. Dumb move number 1. The water spots were so bad that car looked like a leopard. Dan had detailed my wife's car so I called him. He urged me to get it taken care of ASAP, but he was booked for the next few days so instead of waiting for his next availability I panicked and took it to a local car wash. Dumb move number 2. The local guys did manage to buff out a lot of the water spots (not all), but the left the paint covered in tiny spiderweb scratches. If you looked at the surface directly in the reflection of the sun you could see them plainly. They were hideous. Every time I saw the sun glinting off my hood the scratches were playing in the reflection, mocking me. So I stopped taking care of the car altogether because I no longer had any clue where to turn. 3 months passed and I called Dan again. He didn't even lecture me. He just came over and got to work. He was toiling over my vehicle for hours and hours. When the sun was going down I went outside to see the original paint job fully restored. Honestly, I think it was even better than new. From a cost perspective I think Dan is more than reasonable. I highly recommend you call him. He's got a couple decades worth of expertise and the results prove it. read more

Tom finished early from his previous appointment and got to my place early. Tom confirmed my cleaning needs and then he explained every option before he started. The result was simply amazing and the smell and bad odor was gone. Tom not only steam cleaned the carpet but extracted all the bio matter that was causing the odors in the vents and filters and all parts under the seat where the issue was causing the bad smells. I was amazed by his ability to work around the customer. We made an appointment at 1 and Jonathan arrived around 1250. Loved the punctuality. Dan also got rid of several scratches on the hood done by cats jumping on it from above and also from me not knowing any better and rubbing 3 different spots too hard with a microfibre cloth.
