I purchased my glasses here and within the first year, cracking of the lense showed along the outer…read moreportions. These are a polycarbonate material if I understood the technician correctly and this sometimes occurs but the tech said it was rare for cracking to occur. Those that know me, know I am almost anal about taking care of my things. Since it was less than 1 year since original purchase they agreed to replace the lenses. I walk out happy. Now just months later, it is again showing up. I called to discuss this and they wanted to replace like for like. I asked if they had the ability to replace the lenses with a more traditional safety glass type. This is where things fell apart. I feel doing the same thing and getting a similar result now for the second time made no sense. The tech couldn't answer my question on materials and said that I would get a call back from the manager. This was at 9:30 in the morning. Fast forward to noon and then later that day I called in, got only voicemail and no call back. Follow through, and attempting to find resolution apparently is not on their business plan.
