ServePro did do a great job in the dry out and packing of my home. I had water damage but I would highly recommend to not hire them for repairs after the dry out. hire a true contractor. ServePro hires out repairs and they failed. And I highly recommend you to read carefully through the contract/claim paperwork the adjuster does because ServePro was charging me 5,000 plus the agreement but I caught it. That's a big amount of money to over see.

We had a toilet overflow overnight, which obviously caused damage to our bathroom and luckily the water flowed from the 2nd story into our garage (phew). From the minute that they arrived until they removed the last of the fans/dehumidifiers, they handled the job with professionalism, caring and excellent communication. I can't say enough about the fantastic work done by Mike, the owner and Abraham the foreman on the job site. He was excellent. He was very neat, conscientious and kept us informed as to what his team was doing, when they would be at our home working, and what was going to occur next (relating to other professionals that needed to examine what the damage was). AAA, my home insurance carrier sent over Serve Pro to assess and immediately start on getting us back to a home that was comfortable for me and my family. With all the horror stores one hears of contractors, I must admit I was very stand offish at first when they arrived, but in the first 5 minutes of dealing with Alex and his team, I was put at ease with both their professionalism and courteous efforts to respect our home from any further damage. Started with entering with shoe covers which may be the norm for them, but NOT all 3rd party contractors. I didn't have to ask was the impressive part. Then after assessing the ordeal, before bringing on any equipment (Fans / Dehumidifiers) they laid down a thick padded walk way from the entrance to the stairs ensuring no equipment caused any more damage. The team worked very well together and explained to me what to expect, how things worked and a timeline of when the equipment was to be removed. They followed up 2 days later and diagnosed the situation and recommended 1 more night to be 100% sure everything would be fully dry. Upon the final walk thru, they removed their equipment and tested everything that had been a part of the leak to show me that everything was dry not only to the touch, but also by using their equipment in front of me explaining what he was doing, and sharing the results. Later that evening, Serve Pro reached out once agin to have a Senior VP (Marc Sallin) come by and conduct an exit review and walk thru ensuring if I had any questions, or concerns he would address them.
