I agree with one of the previous customers -- it's a bit pricey for a 20 minute ride. The interior of the helicopter left something to be desired. The seats WERE NOT Luxurious. It was advertised as a romantic 23 mile flight. It sort of felt like we were riding in a Ford Kcar and definitely not a Mercedes or Cadillac of helicopters. A glass of $6.00 champagne was OK but hardly a romantic getaway. I was actually expecting a box of chocolates or even a red rose in the cockpit. Or even a pilot in a white captain's outfit. The pilot pointed out a couple of obvious landmarks. I assume if you are not from Cleveland his narration may have been a little bit more valuable. When we were back safely on ground, my wife pointed out the the pilot was looking at his smart phone in one hand while flying the helicopter with the other. Yes, that's unsettling. Again, it made for nice experience. Unless they come up with some additional amenities I personally believe that this will be a one time only experience with this company.

The only problem with the experience was with the customer service. And this seems to be an on going issue that has not been fixed yet. I spoke to three different guys in an hour and got different answers from them all for what was an easy fix. They were rude. They were passive. And honestly cheapened the experience. We also had soft pretzels at Gold Horn Brewery. Roger, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable about beer and the brewing process. He was friendly and welcomed any and all questions. Our tour was full with 14 people and everyone lived in the Cleveland area. The tour van was very comfortable and we arrived at all of our destinations quickly. Our tour lasted approximately 3 1/2 hours. It was interesting talking with people and discussing the different beer options. For those interested in more than tasting, there was an in depth talk regarding the brewing process. We were required to wear closed toed shoes and we visited two of the brewery's brewing areas. I was a little disappointed at our stop at Brick and Barrel. It appeared that they were not expecting us and we could only find outdoor seating. It was chilly. Fortunately we were not there too long. We ended the tour where we started at the Double Tree downtown. We had good beer and good conversation. It was a nice evening.

Our Beer Guide was Christian, and he couldn't have been better! At each stop, we took a tour of their facility and learned about different phases of the beer brewing process. I had very little knowledge about the process going in, but by the end of it, I had a whole new appreciation for one of my favorite beverages. We stopped at Market Garden Brewery, Goldhorn Brewery, Collision Bend, and Brick & Barrel, and each stop educated us a little bit about the selected beers they offered, what they pair well with, etc. All told, we tried 13 different beers, and had some food pairings specifically at Collision Bend. In the end, it was well worth the money, the day was enjoyed by everyone involved, and I can't stress just how great Christian was at making the experience a memorable one. I can't wait to try another one of their tours in the near future! FWIW: if you enjoy IPAs, the Dead Man's Curve IPA from Goldhorn Brewery is fantastic!

I started drafting this review in May 2020 and 4 years later, I'm finally writing it (haha). Given…read morethat Public Square is well known, to locals at least, I'll try to keep this review brief. I love Public Square in downtown Cleveland. It is an open space where alot of people gather to eat their lunch during break time from work or simply just to walk by and admire the big water fountain that shoots water out from the ground. ACTIVITIES -- Ice Skating rink in the winter months, speaker series in the summer months, I think festivals too, etc. The Soldiers and Sailor Museum is right on Public Square too - you can look up my review of that museum on Yelp. The tall monument that you see sticking up on that small structure is the museum. It is small from the outside but it has a lot of history including an underground section to tour. ICE-RINK -- Join Downtown Cleveland's email list to get updates on Public Square and downtown activities. The update email from 8 January 2025 stated this: "Open on the weekends through Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan 20th) the ice rink and magical lights at Public Square make the perfect destination for a friends and family outing. Tickets are $12 and include skate rentals." FOOD -- There are food options around the vicinity. Rebol, a healthy food spot, is one of them which is located right on Public Square. The owner of Rebol also owns Townhall. I haven't been to both restaurants in a long time but I remember enjoying the food when I previously visited. In the summer months, food trucks and farmers markets park around Public Square plus the surrounding area. Parking is street parking or a nearby garage including the Tower City garage. Street parking is hard to find most of the time so beware. Public Square gets packed especially with children during the summer months. It is a fun and busy destination that brings attractions downtown. **** GOAL of 365 reviews in 2025 - 27/365 total reviews in 2025 - 808 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 16 January 2025

It's BYOB which is nice, because I'm boujie when it comes to drinks and I want high quality ingredients and a well made cocktail. You give your drinks to the bartender, he keeps drinks safe and chilled behind the bar. He even stopped by at one point to check and see if I needed a refill. They provide cups and ice, which is nice. There's a bathroom on board with a flushing toilet. (Kind of like the kind in campers/RVs). This is a nice amenity!! The view of Cleveland is absolutely spectacular! It was such a relaxing and beautiful trip. Our party host put on some good tunes, and it was a vibe! I'm so glad I got to experience the tiki barge and I'd love to do it again in the future!!! This experience is a great way to celebrate, whether it's a bachelor/bachelorette party, birthday, just because... It also looks like they offer group rides open to the public on the largest boat. Definitely put this on your must-do list if you're looking to have an amazing time with loved ones.

Plus, if going out for a fun trip, i don't want to have to bring all my drinks etc. I prefer other options.
