Worst shop ever ! don't treat you right. After over a year of taking my truck back at least six times still leaks, still major O'D problems . owner is the worst one in there. talked to him multiple times and and no solution. I would think twice before taking your vehicle here for any kind of work. You would be much better off finding a shop that will be honest and not hide the damage they've done and then pretend that they did nothing wrong. I brought my Jeep in to have frame stiffeners welded on. The proper way to do this would be to remove the interior seats and carpet. This keeps the carpet and insulation from melting and catching on fire. This also allows for you to view the inside floor pan to make sure no holes are burned through. Fly-n-Hi did not do this and burned multiple holes (some the thickness of a pencil) through the floorpan and melted insulation and carpet inside my Jeep. Initially Fly-n-Hi did some minimal welds along the center stiffeners. I'm not great at welding, hence why I paid a shop to do the work. That being said, my subpar welding skills are on the same level of the employee who did this work. The front stiffeners were welded properly but were not the stiffeners I ordered. Again bad business practice. I was never called nor notified--instead this shop installed permanent fixtures on my vehicle without my approval. I spoke with the owner and he was nice enough to pick up my Jeep and "fix/complete" the welds. He then brought my Jeep back and dropped it off without saying anything. First thing I noticed was the burnt smell, then the burnt carpet. The next day I got under my Jeep and could see splatter, holes and poor welds all up down the center stiffeners. I grabbed a small screwdriver and was able to visually view the screwdriver head coming into the Jeep from the underside. I have videos and pictures. I called and emailed the owner and received ONE response. The owner, or another employee, may respond to this review saying "I told you that this could happen", because that's exactly what happened to me. Sadly, this just goes to show how poor their business is--not only did they admit that an employee willing damaged a vehicle by improper techniques, but they also admitted that they did absolutely nothing to notify me or repair the damages the shop caused. I tried contacting the shop owner again multiple times via phone and email while researching other shops who could repair the damage. The repair shop correctly removed the seats, carpet and was able to fix the entire floorpan (there are more pictures of the holes and burns taken by the shop). I have attempted to re-coup the repair costs for floor pan fixes and new carpet, but have been given the cold shoulder. If you do take your vehicle here, go through it with a fine tooth comb in order to make sure it is not damaged upon pick up/return. This shop is dishonest and obviously willing to damage vehicles, hide subpar work, and return vehicles to customers while taking zero responsibility for their actions and poor craftsmanship. read more

Over the years I have used many off road shops to get work done on my Jeep. Have found some good and bad shops over that 20 years building my rig. Since using Fly-N-Hi we have had them do everything to repairs for our RZR after a roll over, custom work on my Jeep to upgrade the transmission to an AX15 (was originally AX5), just some trouble shooting and maintenance, an upgrade to an Atlas that required some custom mods to get it to fit in and look as close to stock as possible. It was the purchase of the Atlas I wanted to focus on here, when deciding to go with an Atlas upgrade Jeremy was really great at guiding me on what to order, he asked a lot of great questions to determine which Atlas was best, what gear ratios, etc... so it would be the versatile transfer case that it can be to tackle all sorts of off road items. The team installed it, did the mods necessary, absolutely love it. I feel like the crew at Fly-N-Hi does a really good job to ensure you get what you want on your rig and that it functions the way you want it to and need it to. Took our FJ Cruiser in for an alignment after we installed Total Chaos LCAs. They did an awesome job. I went to this place after shopping around for an alignment shop for my lifted jeep. They told me they had to do an inspection before they could align the front end. Upon there initial inspection they informed me that my drag link was worn out, so they couldn't do an alignment until I replaced it, I told the mechanic it can't be bad because it was brand new. So they had me get on a creeper and we got under the jeep so they could show me. This was very dangerous for me as the customer because all they had holding up the jeep was a hydraulic Jack while we were under it..no Jack stands..so the mechanic proceeded to show me the problem. The main guy at the counter also showed me on the synergy website how my joints were made and indicated that they had a Teflon sleeve and said that's what was worn out on mine. However the counter guy showing me this, was looking at the wrong picture on the synergy website lol, I found out later after I got home, when i brought up the website myself and looked at it lol. My joints on the synergy drag link are metal to metal and they come pre /lubed although it is recommended to grease them after install of the link. I had a faulty grease fitting which leaked out the grease but not all the grease. I replaced that grease fitting later on when I got it home and brewers it myself. Synergy omitted me that thesejoints will not wear out like this shop was telling me just from a lack of a little grease. They also took a measurement on the front and back sides of my front tires and told me that I didn't need an alignment..hum I thought wow these guys are really honest great lol until I got home and started researching what they told me earlier. Although I don't call myself an auto mechanic Iam a retired jet engine mechanic and I do know a thing or two about autos. The measurement they took was from a section of tread from tire to tire. Although I'm told it is a common way to measure towe in, but in this case not very accurate I'm afraid. I looked at some videos on you tube on how to check your towe in and decided to double check what they did. I used a much more accurate method then what they used and Low and behold my towe in was over an inch off. I adjusted it myself and got it within a 1/8 of an inch from front to back. What it's suppose to be. Yeah success but I'm still taking it to an alignment shop to double check and then I'll see how close I am. I did call fly-n-high back to let the counter guy know that he was looking at the wrong picture and that my joints on my drag link were not worn out as he said they were, that would have cost me bunch to replace brand new joints on a over 225 dollar drag link my gosh. I told him I added grease to the joints and they stiffened right up nice and tight. That's what I wanted them to do at the time but they said it wouldn't do any good because they were worn out. All in all I think they really thought they were right, on there diagnosis but in reality they couldn't have been more wrong..if that makes any sense lol. I also think they were being honest and not trying to rip me off... they just didn't know what they were talking about when it came to my jeep. The moral of this story is if you feel someone is wrong research it and find the truth you'll save a lot of money in the long run. Stay away from this place...if they were that wrong on my jeep who knows what they could be telling everyone else. Oh ya the counter guy also quoted me the wrong price for dynatrac ball joints, there 519 on dynatracs website and the counter guy quoted me 750.. Just for the ball joints not to mention another 350 for installation. wow where did the other 250 come from lol..wrong again counter guy read more

My Dad took his truck there and they where to put new bushings in the front end and align the vehicle they only put bushings in the Front Bottom and doing half the job align the vehicle told us to bring it back in a thousand miles and they would realign the vehicle when we brought the truck back close to the Thousand Miles the rest of the bushings had to be replaced and the job had to be done again they did the job and this time while aligning the front end the mechanic there chose to lower the front end which created damage to the body of the truck and the truck having a death wobble the truck was broke down within 3 miles of leaving the Flying high Center have currently been contacting the person at the counter not having a very good time on getting this situation resolved very unfriendly I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Flying high centers but to Desert Rat or another facility read more

These guys literally robbed me 409.00 dollars in my face ,trying to sale me used parts from them . Took my truck in to have them install a cv axle i Told them sence the beggining i couldnt get all the way inn,that was the reason i was taking it to them ,thinking they were professionls . Got me into replacing other parts besides the axle ,axle is not installed correctly ,so they didnt care not fixing the problem i was originally having and just left it like that. Got home and truck is leaking oil all over the place .Theyll persuade you into replacing other partsnot even needed besides your original problem to get labor charges out of you. Been taking my Bronco to Fly N Hi for last couple years. Every time it took twice as long and cost way more then he said it would. This last time it took them 3 times and it's still wrong! They put the wrong belt on which broke and caused damage to the radiator now he wants to charge me to fix it. The old fix one thing and brake another is what it feels like! read more
