Flying Phoenix PCs are absolutely hands down the best builders in Phoenix and probably the southwest. I have used other overpriced local builders and had a fraction of the knowledge, and I only wish I had known about Flying Phoenix PCs sooner! These folks had to fix a build from another local builder that went terribly wrong. Flying Phoenix PCs diagnosed the problem immediately and went to work. Within a day the issue was known. I had a bad chip. So, with a bad chip, I would be hard down for weeks while a new CPU would be sent. Instead, they set me up with a loaner chip. This was amazing service! Who takes care of their customers like this? To actually ensure that my business wouldn't come to a screeching halt? Well - off I went with a loaner chip. Once my new chip arrived, then, I was back in, and they installed it quickly and ran a full system diagnostic. Everything checked out, and I was back up and running in under 24 hours. Their prices are more than fair, and the professionalism and technical excellence are off the charts. I am now a lifelong customer - I've never experienced support like this - they are amazing! Initially set an appointment to get information about my current PC and the cost it would be the upgrade it. William sat down with me and answered every question I had and was extremely patient with me since I'm new to the PC world. I ended up going with a fully custom build and trading it my prebuilt PC. I researched most of the parts I wanted if I was going to build one on my own and when William gave me pricing on the parts he was within a few dollars or spot on to the prices I was seeing. I knew he wasn't trying to take me to the cleaners by upselling a new guy which I really appreciated and ultimately led to me making the decision to start my custom build. Although I didn't get as much as I hoped for my prebuilt, the customer service (so far) and the outstanding build quality was worth it. I took the PC home and hooked it up and the difference between my prebuilt and my custom build was unbelievable. Worth every penny. I bought a $4500 gaming PC from Flying Phoenix. Yes they build PC's. My beef is with the one year unlimited customer service. It really only applies to the hardware which rarely fails. If you have any issues with set up you are on your own, they aren't helpful and ask that you bring the PC for them to take a look...what? Ive purchased PC's from Digital Storm in the past and they are more than happy to get on the phone, dial in to your PC and help with configuring different components. FP on the other hand got mad at me for calling twice, probably a 45-60 minutes total time on the two calls. At one point put they put me on hold so they could go out and get the mail and told me I obviously need a lot of help which I don't but the attitude was not appreciated. I'll post the email if they dispute it. They did offer to send someone to my house no charge to help after I said I wanted to return the PC for a refund. The offer was made after I found someone online that could help by dialing in and resolving the problem in about 30 minutes. FP offered no compensation. There are plenty of options to purchase PC's that have much better after sale service such as Digital Storm and CLX. Anybody can build a PC. This company isn't for you if you need the slightest bit of help. read more

I dropped by, looked at a similar build in the showroom, and bought it that day. The build quality and components used are top tier, the desktop looks great, and the turnaround was quick. I am very happy with the entire process and the product. I have worked in tech for 15 years and would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Sometimes spending a few bucks to avoid the time and occasionally the headache of building your own desktop is worth it. Money well spent, give them a shot.
