Friendly and professional staff. Helped me assembly and instructed me on how to self-assembly. Very positive experience.

I chose to order over the phone, so I could ask questions. I primarily worked with Dominic (who was awesome!) during the ordering process. Not only were my questions answered, but Meta PCs was flexible on how I could pay for my beast of a machine. Unfortunately, the machine was shipped just in time to run into some dicey weather, so it arrived a wee bit frozen (I got the water-cooled option) and some minor leakage due to the machine being tilted a little bit too far. Alen took my call and was super supportive while we waited for the machine to thaw and dry out. I was also helped out by Will and Luis during my time of need! And I was a bit needy. Honestly, the whole team was super supportive. They communicated via chat, text, phone, and mail. Basically, matching whatever method I was using at that moment. I'm glad to report that it has defrosted and it is a thing of beauty. I couldn't be happier!

My experience didn't start off great. There were shipping delays, and when my PC arrived, I ran…read moreinto an issue that prevented me from enjoying it right away. I was understandably frustrated. That said, I want to give credit where it's due. The MetaPC team took ownership of the situation, stayed in communication, and made things right. They worked with me to resolve the issues, followed through on their commitments, and showed they genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. Problems can happen with any company, what matters is how they're handled. MetaPC earned my respect by standing behind their product and their customer. I'm happy with the resolution and appreciate the effort the team put into turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to everyone at MetaPC for making it right.

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! Luckily, I found RAD Computers and saved a ton of money. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust. I strongly recommend coming here for any computer repairs.

He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

They have two locations, one in Chandler and the other in Mesa so I went to my Chandler location on a Saturday morning to see what the recommendation was in order to resolve my iMac which was a "power up" problem. The issue was a common problem that could be resolved, but it required a part that needed to be ordered and that would've taken me out of commission for a couple days. The tech checked over with the Mesa store and they identified having that particular hardware available so I quickly headed over to and spoke with the agent and explain the problem and issues that I was having and he to believe that that may be the root cause. They provided me what the cost and labor of the repair would be upfront and told me that they literally could have it done within the same day. I knew they had limited hours on Saturday but the fact that he said it could take anywhere from an hour to three hours let me know that they were willing to stay behind in order to accommodate me as some of the content that I need it was recently changed within the last 48 hours and not properly backed up (yeah that's my fault) While running a few errands I got a phone call letting me know that was the issue and that repair been completed. I quickly made my way over to for pick up. I'm back home and powering up my computer was no issue and everything is running just as it was previously the other day. One of the things I like about the Orchard is that they do have available equipment and hardware on hand to do the repairs that are needed but they also let you know about other alternatives that could be done if you're looking to upgrade or move in a different direction with your Mac. No pressure sales but informative. If you no longer part of AppleCare and have equipment I highly recommend using The Orchard as your first line of defense as they have been honest and forthcoming and great when it comes to repairs and they do work at a reasonable price for owning a Mac. Special thanks to Carl for keeping me in the loop, explaining it all and most importably, getting the work done in a timely manner!!! greatly apprecite it

After taking it to The Orchard, Sparky switched the drive out to a SSD in two days. What a relief. It now runs four times as fast. It's literally like a new computer.
