I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I should have balked then but I didn't want to start over. I found the owner to be arrogant. Recently when they were trying to get me to renew my service contract, they tried to upsell me on $165 valve adjustment with a vague reference that not doing so could negate the warranty. I checked the Generac manual and found that my generator has hydraulic lifters which don't require adjustment. Needless to say I terminated my relationship with them.
