So went to pay and I was surprised for $ 18 manicure and $30 pedicure I was charged $68 . I've been here several times. Always good service but this last time I noticed that the equipment bag was. It sealed so I asked to look at it. When those bags are sanitized properly the lines turn black to indicate that the equipment has been sanitized. This bag didn't have it, he tried to play it off, but I told him to go find a sealed one that had the black lines. After that everything was fine. People pay attention, get off your phones! So things have changed here... I have given them multiple chances but it seems they have had a change in staff.. the manager Vin is the only one who can do the gel dip without any chips or breaks. My nails used to last minimum of two weeks looking fresh out of the salon.. but if Vin doesn't do it.. it barely last a week. Seriously disappointed. I wanted badly to have an enjoyable experience here, but sadly I did not. Took my mom and daughter and it was our first time. My mom got a pedicure, my daughter got a gel manicure and I got acrylic fills. First thing, while looking at polish, I tripped and fell over a partially open cabinet where the polishes were. I got a large bruise on my leg and broke off a nail....which I was charged to repair. My fills, which were not acrylic, ended up costing $45! The full set didn't even cost that much. I asked the guy at reception to explain the price because their price list was a huge discrepancy from this. He had no clue. The guy who did my nails was already working on someone else so I just paid the bill. Also, I wanted colored powder acrylic nails and the nail tech told me only black women get those! WTF!!! My daughter's nails looked horrible, like a child painted them. They were so bad that the manager redid them without anyone asking. Whoever did my mom's pedicure cut her toe and she is still putting neosporin on it. I can understand one of us getting something we were not happy with, but all three!!! And to pay over $100 for it. I was so pissed. Seems like others have had good experiences here. I won't return. read more

This was my first time coming here and they completely won me over! I came here for the dip and left so satisfied. They have a variety of different colors that match the regular colors with gel and dip colors. They have a very big space and are fairly new so the wait times are very minimal. I got my nails done by Lam and he was the most detailed person I've ever had do my nails. He made sure to advise me that the color I chose looks different when it's on your actual nails and chose a different one that looked like what I was going for. My nail was broken and he managed to do something with the dip to create the missing piece since I didn't want tips added. No one has ever done this for me, usually I just have to cut down my nails so they're all even. Obviously this is a temporary fix and I have to be gentle, but they look beautiful. You can see it in my picture, it's the middle finger nail, you can't even tell it was broken before. Lam made sure the shape and length was exactly what I asked for and went back multiple times to check they were even and perfect. He really is a perfectionist. I can't wait to go back and get my nails done again! I didn't get a pedicure this time, but next time I definitely will because I'm sure it'll be the best I've ever had! read more

I went there twice. The first time was fine. The second time was a nightmare. I got a guy who kept pushing me for a more expensive kind of pedicure and I was on the phone and can't talk to him. The woman who did my mom was super rude. She asked us like 5 times if we want dip powder on my mom's toes. We said no and she looked like she was super annoyed. When she did dip powder my mom's nails, it was super painful and she also did it the entire time while she was on the phone. My mom and I sat apart because I was doing pedicure and she was doing manicure but if I saw how rude she is to my mom, I would have just got up and left. So I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved and have had the worst luck. The people are usually so rude and unhelpful, and because of this I have dreaded going to get a mani and pedi. But today I decided to give FNF Nail a try. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was amazing. First time I was able to walk in tell them the color I wanted and them actually get it for me. Other places are horrible and they would just look at me and say look over there. I have an almost 2 year old with me and the last thing I want to do is spend time trying to find a color when She just gives me enough time to get a pedicure without asking to go go go. I came in on a Wednesday afternoon at like 4pm & there was nobody here, so i didn't have to wait for any services which was great. They have a LARGE collection of polish colors!! Danny did an amazing job on my fills with gel polish. He also did my gel pedicure and got my ingrown out painlessly. I love the way everything is set up, the pedicures are separate from the manicures in another room. They have usb outlets on the pedicure chairs to charge your phone. & the pedicure chairs have the best massages ever. This place is new, clean, friendly, and they know how to do nails. This place was an amazing last minute stop!! I had gotten a full dip set in New Orleans just 2 days before and already broke one. (The worst.) First they helped me find a similar color and then a woman named Jessie did her thing!! I love them wayyyy more than when they were first done in Louisiana. She totally reshaped, shortened them a bit for me and refilled all of my nails with the new dip color. I love how they actually fill/cover my entire nail from cuticle to sides. DO NOT GO HERE!! I've never written a review on a place before, nevertheless a negative one, this one but this feel really necessary. Went yesterday because I really needed my nails done for an event later in the evening and came here since it was one of the few open ones. Cindy was my technician and she was so aggressive. She cut and over filed my cuticle. She kept using her own nail to move my cuticle which hurt and felt very unpleasant. I've never had anybody do my nails like this and I truly made me feel bad. My nails are so sensitive right now. My cuticle hurts a lot at the moment. She did my nails like she was in a hurry and very harshly. I am not happy with the mediocre job and I'm just very disappointed with the service. I will never go again and I do not recommend it to anybody. Save ur money and your nails from this place!! I paid $85 for gel mani & pedi After a day they were lifting and after 4 they have completely came off. The lady who took care of me spoke no English which was a huge inconvenience being I couldn't make any request. I went yesterday for the first time with my daughter. She wanted dip nails. I had a pedicure & gel nails. A little old lady did my nails, the poor thing needs to retire & stay home. First of all my pedicure she burned me with the hot stones. My gel nail manicure, was the worse I have ever had in my life. I had to tell her to cut down the cuticles more. She was very sloppy. Her nails were black underneath. I had to contain myself from throwing up. My daughter had a younger gentleman do her pedicure, he did an amazing job. Another gentleman did her dip nails. Today in school 2 nails popped off & 1 broke in half. I have been going to the same nail girl for 15 years, unfortunately she was on medical leave. Will never go back.
