First he responded to inquiry within a few minutes Second punctual he showed up exactly when our appointment was scheduled. Dressed clean, well versed and knowledgeable about our trees (clumping bamboos, Chinese elms, various Japanese maples, podocarpus, hibiscus and more) I was impressed. Also I was extremely nervous our first time having them all pruned and shaped. He was aware of this without me saying a word and personally was on site and physically trimmed as well to ensure we were happy. And I can be a nightmare (Super Picky Bitch!!) and he tolerated me so well and professionally. I'm sure though I'll be a conversation over lunch lol! I was in the middle of having a large shed delivered, but it couldn't get into the back yard because the large limb of one of my Jacaranda trees was in the way. Francisco said he could be here in 30 minutes, he arrived in 20. He did a great job with the tree limb. The limb was about 16" in diameter! We had a very large sago palm in our front yard that we wanted relocated to the back yard. FNL Tree Services answered my call and I texted pictures of the sago palm and was immediately given a quote. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the job and said that the Queen Palm which I wanted to remove was diseased and was dangerous. I thought it looked like the top might just fall off. We recently hired FNL Tree Services to remove trees, trim bushes and remove vines from our old fence in preparation for replacing our fencing. Francisco came out to bid our job. He is very knowledgeable. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and understanding of our project. FNL was the second lowest of six bidders. We chose FNL over the low bidder because the price quoted by the low bidder just did not seem realistic. On the day the work was to commence Francisco came out and gave detailed instructions to those on his team who would do our job. His memory of exactly what we wanted done was excellent. Once Francisco left, his team went to work right away. They work very hard, very efficiently and very fast. In 4-1/2 hours they had completed all the work and cleaned everything up. This was amazing, as most of the other bidders told us that this was an all day job. One bidder even told us that our job would take 1-1/2 days. We are very pleased with the results.
