They have failed to make a scheduled delivery for 3 weeks . After having called to question 'why' We were told to expect a delivery on December 19th. We had 6 empty bottles on our porch for exchange. When there again was a no show, I called the office. The driver had reported he had been at our place early that morning and claimed there were no bottles out for exchange. . Either the driver lied, or he did not get out of his truck to look. The company refuses to fix the error. We have no water bottles left. THANKS, CULLIGAN MAN

A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak…read morecoming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. If just want someone who may show up, call some else.
