Three weeks later Mike Brown, both a sales rep and technician, did a salt use check for us. He discovered the softener had not been hooked up to the cold water pipes for the bathrooms and recommended we hire a plumber to have that corrected. I didn't think that was right, that we should have to pay for their mistake. One month later I saw Mike again and kindly suggested Culligan finish the job. He said he'd look into it. Three or so weeks later I called and left a voicemail which he never returned. Except for Thanksgiving week, I began calling about every 10 days. It is now December, and although the last time we spoke he said he'd get back to me either that day or the next, having either the installer finish the job or he would do it himself since he has the tools in the back of his truck. Notta. No word, no call, no communications at all. I left him a voicemail this morning. We are having our bathroom redone next week and really don't want the calcium etc to damage the new hardware. I've been telling him this all along, and now the time has come. I'm really sad it has come to this, but I think 2+ months is long enough. $3,102 and I should have to hire my own plumber? ****UPDATE*** Well, I did indeed report to the BBB, and the next day I got a response. I also got a better number to contact, not the usual Customer Service number, and a few days later the technician (a different one) finished the job. Totally worth it, and I can feel the difference already.

I have reverse osmosis and I had a monthly payment for 24mo. They knew I wanted to cancel it after…read moremy contract. I made an appointment to get my filters changed and told the lady I wanted to cancel after my filters are changed. Nobody told me that you have to give a 30 day notice. So they're charging me another month when it should've been done with. I'm very disappointed with their customer service and would definitely not recommend them.

The pump cost $150, so according to my rudimentary calculation, they charged me over $800 for about 20 minutes of work. You might want to go with a company that charges $150-200/hr, which is industry standard for the Spokane area, rather than these guys. Receipts are attached.

A week ago I had a new toilet installed in my bathroom. After the plumbers left, I noticed a leak…read morecoming from the toilet. I did not call the plumbers who installed the toilet, I called Michael to fix the leak. He came out and discovered the seal between the toilet tank and the toilet bowl was not secured properly and leaking. Michael tightened the bolts and fixed the leak. He went over the install and checked to see if there were other problems. He found a couple and recommended some repairs but since it was a Saturday and repairs were not urgent, I decided to wait on the fixes. I found Michael to be very professional explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done. It was quite a different experience from the plumbers who installed the toilet and who were in a hurry to finish the job and move on. I highly recommend Michael for all plumbing needs and by the way his rates are very reasonable. If you want your plumbing job done correctly, call My Guy Plumbing. If just want someone who may show up, call some else.

I had some family issues and called about a year later. I reminded him that I called. I asked him to call me and set up an appointment. He never called back. I won't be calling again.
