Was sold a $40 baby whale fin that is variegated. I let it acclimate to my home for a few months…read moreso as not to shock it with repotting. Repotting in Winter before the growing season is what I do for all my houseplants. When I took this plant out of its tiny pot there was only one root that is about half an inch long. Shocked that I was sold a plant that was never well rooted to begin with. It's chances were not good and it's not thriving at all. I am very experienced with snake plants and own several. After this experience I will never shop there again! I think it is an extremely bad business practice to sell plants from cuttings that are not well rooted. I don't like leaving bad reviews but plants are expensive now and I think people should know what is going on in this store.

Marco and his crew came out and worked incredibly hard over two, long days and got the job done. They covered plants with tarps and cleaned everything up. There was a mistake but Erick and Marco responded quickly even though they were contacted at 5 pm on Friday afternoon (when the problem was discovered). I really appreciated that if I had a question, they both responded in a timely manner.
