After a long scary evening at Bayville Scream park I took the kids over to Ralph's since they wanted pizza. This was our first time there and the workers was very nice to me and the kids. Been ordering here consistently, and spreading the word about how good the food has become w/new ownership. Recent order had a little mistep, charged just over $30 bucks for a regular pie w/chicken cutlet topping. Could have just ordered a specialty pie on the menu for $25. Wasn't told that one specific topping would be an extra $10 on a $17 large pie. Inquired about it during pickup, they didn't seem interested. If were on the menu, it wouldn't be a surprise. Next time I'll just confirm the cost. Otherwise, I don't think you can find a better Sicilian pie in the area, it's always delicious, sauce & dough is just right; rolls & heros are fantastic as well. I have lived in the area for several years and tried Ralphs Pizza when I first moved. It wasn't good, so I never went back. I was a big fan of Mario's and would always go there. However, Marios has been lacking lately. The prices for a regular pie are out of control! So, we decided to give Ralphs a shot. Well, I was shocked because the food was delicious! They changed owners, and it shows! They are so polite and friendly, and the pizza is delicious. I once ordered a pie with four different special slices on the pie, and they accommodated me. The prices are REASONABLE! You get what you pay for and I appreciate that they didn't just up the prices to ridiculous amounts. Have been hearing around town that the specialty slices at Ralph's (under the new owners) are great and they really are amazing. So this past week (Christmas '24) we had occasion to order trays of food and decided to try Ralph's. They were a total success - perfectly prepared and delicious! Everyone at this party was very impressed as were we. Chicken francese is pictured here - it was very tender and a real treat. Eggplant Rolatini and chicken marsala were also wonderful. And last but not least the bread that was included -- you know the bread that in most places is disappointing with takeout-- Ralph's bread was absolutely addicting! Not traditional Italian bread but really satisfying and even served cold it was gone in an instant. Staff are super friendly, attentive and always go out of their way to accommodate our large group. We've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. Stopped by here a week ago and had a couple of Grandpa slices and they were delicious. Before I wrote a review I wanted to stop by again and make sure it was not a fluke. So I had a couple of Grandpa slices today and they were even better than first time. And, they were the two best slices of pizza I have had on Long Island in a long long time. The fellas behind the counter were very courteous and friendly. They thanked me for coming by and said to come back again. I will of course be back! I do not know how the restaurant food is - I will make an effort to get out there for dinner one night - but I can not recommend the Grandpa slices high enough. If you are ever in the area of want to take a ride, grab a couple of Grandpa slices and sit outside and enjoy the view. The view is almost as good as the pizza!! go take the drive to Bayville NY Long Island is beautiful and known for its beaches ...Bayville is small town long Island lovely sound beaches and there is this little strip of eateries and a amusement arcade and there is Ralphs its been here a very long time I used to come here as a kid ...and yes indeed Ralphs was here so lets talk Pizza its worth the trip from my home in Syosset because good pizza is hard to come by Ralphs is old school its not fancy its just good order at the counter friendly guys working there many pizzas to choose from white, baked ziti, buffalo chicken, sicilian my favorite and do not remember the name ... but its crispy thin crust with sauce no cheese square style its SO good and I mean really good finish off that yummy slice with a fresh cannoli you will very happy read more

Second, the lobster ravioli tasted like what I imagine a gym sock would taste like. The smell was horrific all together. A No Brainer! This place went way beyond my expectations. My wife and I stopped by for a slice and stayed for dinner in their formal sit down area (I still got the buffalo slice :-)). The staff was some of the nicest people I have ever met. Helpful with the menu options and checking in on us throughout the evening. The menu options were plentiful and prices were a steal...especially for the area! Stop in for a quick slice or sit down in the formal area for a full service...no decision is a bad one here. The food here is made to order and you can taste that in every bite. We had a few items, including seafood and poultry. I heard from a couple sitting next to us that the clams are the best dish on the menu. I cannot wait to bring back others to this restaurant. I can't imagine the wait in the summer and urge you to stop by now. Anyone reviewing less than a full five stars is insane. Just came back from Ralph's, having satisfied my semi monthly craving for their eggplant marinara pizza. It's hands down my favorite although their veggie pizza is a solid runner up. Their entrees are great too. If you're in the mood for more than a quick bite, the grilled balsamic chicken with sautéed vegetables is delicious, especially when you want to go lighter on the carbs. My husband alternates between their spaghetti with white clam sauce and the rigatoni Fiorentina (another of my go-to's). My cousin loves their shrimp in white wine but she's not a garlic fan so they make it without, and it still tastes great. Follow all that up with a fresh filled cannoli and you can't go wrong. They're trying to make their mark in a community that still reveres the former owners and I think they're holding their own with the quality of their entrees. read more

I ordered a mushroom pizza and what I got appeared to be half mushroom with all the mushrooms on a few slices. I asked the guy at the counter where my mushrooms were and he looked at the pie and said wow, I don't know. Another employee walked over to inquire about my problem and I said where are the mushrooms and she said did you order a half mushroom and I said no. Then the owner came over and rudely said what the problem with the pizza. Once again I said where are the mushrooms and he rudely and arrogantly said that they were under the cheese and started pointing obnoxious closely to touching the pizza where he felt the mushrooms were. Ralph's isn't a good enough restaurant to be so rude and arrogant when a customer addresses poor customer service. This restaurant is outstanding! The food here was amazing. I had the plain and margarita pizza along with the lobster ravioli. My family and I couldn't get enough of it. I love Ralph's! living in bayville, there aren't many options when it comes to fast food or delivery. Ive lived in many different locations however, and I will say that Ralph's is up there with some of the best pizza I've ever had - u may say "well u need to try some other pizzas." Well I have. Plenty. Their pizza is only amazing though, when it's not overcooked. Every now and again you'll get an overcooked pizza from here which sucks but it happens from time to time at every pizzeria in the world so can't really fault them there. Their shrimp and eggplant parmesean heros are bomb Mac and cheese balls are just ridiculously delicious. I haven't tried everything on their menu bc I would just make my own pasta at home but for a regular pie, or heroes they hit the spot almost always. And the Mac and cheese balls u just have to try. Sometimes staff can be a little more friendly but I get it! Not everyone is always rosey and peachy. All good overall in that department as well. read more
