My favorites of the night were the pastas and steak. We were lucky they allowed us to book a large party dinner, so my photos of the food are all "family style" servings. If Parmesan is too strong of a flavor for you, you may want to avoid the cauliflower since it is soaking in the sauce (delightful for those who enjoy it). Pastas were all handmade and interestingly shaped! My favorite was the Maltagliati, thin al dente ribbons sliding through a light flavored seafood sauce and tender succulent chunks of shrimp :) Everyone else chose the Gramigna as their favorite-- the curved thick ridged pasta reminded me of bucatini, which worked well with their ragu-like sausage sauce.
