Large bay doors stay open, creating an inviting open-air atmosphere with plenty of fresh air and a relaxed vibe. Inside, every table has a view of the traditional wood-burning brick oven, along with multiple flat screens and music playing throughout the restaurant. One detail that stood out immediately was the visible service dog sign near the hostess stand. I was seated right away, and they even brought out a water bowl for my service dog without needing to ask. The server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and confirmed they provide a 20% discount for military members and first responders on select meals, which is always appreciated. I shared a large Mona Lisa pizza topped with fresh basil, prosciutto, and thick slices of tomato. The thin crust came out perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char from the brick oven. Service was friendly overall, although it appeared the server may have been covering too many tables. Drink refills were missed, and it took a little while to close out the check. Even with that, the food, atmosphere, military-friendly discount, and service dog accommodations make this a place worth visiting for either lunch or dinner.

What a find! I came to Serafina this last Sunday to celebrate my friend Vancy's birthday and…read moretourist around the 954. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway, we enjoyed our dinner on their waterfront patio with a view of the passing boats. The entrance is through a pathway that gives it a cool speakeasy / Cosa Nostra vibe (if you know my cinematic and literary tastes you know that is a very good comparison!) We had our Aperol Spritzers first. The drink was well mixed, and was photogenic with its fresh orange slice for garnish. As far as food, we went family style. Our first course - the meatballs - were deliciously moist and went perfect with the hearty marinara sauce. Our main courses were the pasta amatriciana - with well textured bucatini, a yummy San Marzano based sauce, as well as guanciale (pork jowl) and pepper flakes. The chicken rollatini- thinly cut, rolled and stuffed with spinach, prashoot, and cheese with a flavorful mushroom sauce. Both were delicious & well presented. We closed our meal with a deliciously dense yet creamy ricotta cheesecake. They even added a candle for the birthday girl. From the start, including accommodating us after running a few minutes late, service was excellent. Our waiter was attentive & on point. He was the one who recommended the amatriciana pasta dish we enjoyed. Portions were also generous, enough to share for 2 as well as have lunch leftovers. They also have a few self parking spots in front of the restaurant. That's another win! As mentioned earlier, it's right off Sunrise Boulevard and a quick drive up from the beach as well. I highly recommend Serafina and give it a well earned spot on my "On the Road" list.

Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces right in front of the restaurant, making it an easy visit from the start. As soon as we walked in, we were struck by the cozy atmosphere. It's a small restaurant with simple, charming décor that makes you feel like you've been transported to a quiet village in Italy. The staff greeted us warmly and seated us on the outdoor patio overlooking the water. There are two outdoor seating sections with waterfront views. We noticed that the patio closer to the bridge offers a more open, panoramic view of the Intracoastal--definitely a note for our next visit! To cool off, we started with Aperol Spritzes, and they were absolutely refreshing and delicious. Now for the food! We began with the meatballs, which were incredibly moist and tender, served with a rich, flavorful marinara sauce that had us wanting every last bite. They were easily one of the highlights of the meal. For our entrées, we shared the bucatini pasta and the Chicken Francese family-style. The Chicken Francese was stuffed with spinach and cheese, and when I cut into it, the melted cheese came oozing out--always a good sign! It was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. The mushroom sauce paired perfectly with the chicken, and the creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables completed the dish beautifully. To end the meal, we couldn't resist the homemade ricotta cheesecake. It was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. It was so good that we finished every last bite! From the warm hospitality and authentic Italian flavors to the stunning waterfront setting, this restaurant delivered a wonderful dining experience. We'll definitely be back--and next time, we'll be grabbing a table closer to the bridge for that even better view!

I've been here several times over the years, but this was my dad's first visit, and it did not disappoint. We started with the bison tartare, scallops with sweet potato purée, and the meat and cheese board. Every appetizer was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The scallops were perfectly cooked, and the charcuterie selection was excellent. For entrées, we shared the wild boar ragù, pumpkin ravioli with sausage, and the ossobuco. Each dish showcased the restaurant's attention to detail and commitment to quality ingredients. The wild boar ragù was rich and comforting, the pumpkin ravioli struck a great balance of sweet and savory, and the osso buco was tender and flavorful. Our waiter was fantastic, offering thoughtful wine pairing suggestions that complemented the meal perfectly. I make a point to come back at least once a year, and every visit reminds me why. Consistently phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

It has a traditional Italian restaurant setting with lots of seating .We've ordered out for pizza and dined in. We've only had the pizza and calzone take-out. The sauce is good and it's VERY cheesy. Almost like you ordered extra cheese topping. We've only dined in once,. The garlic rolls are fantastic! It's the same situation with the entrees and the cheese. The waiter had the nerve say one of the entrees we ordered was a heart attack on a plate. That threw me for a loop...lol. We also ordered a side of escarole in garlic and oil. The escarole was very overcooked. The flavors are good at this restaurant however the execution is pretty basic.

I recently ordered the chicken parmesan with some tasty spaghetti. The chicken was good. The sauce was a little bit on the sweet side which is just ok for me. The cheese was delicious. I liked how the restaurant was very clean and tables were cleared off right after patrons left. This restaurant is not that close to where I live but I want to come back again soon. I have good memories here.
