The store itself is clean and organized and well maintained. A employee on 9/21 at 2:30pm working hard pushing a cart full of inventory had a smile and greeted customers passing by. Wish I knew her name but 30's dark hair. Miss Josie the cashier was so pleasant and polite. She even went out of her way to double check a price on her own to be sure for me and make sure I knew about my points and explain some of those perks . The price check by way was a quick response not long waiting. The manager came over polite also with a smile. I'd like to hope Weis is taking care of their employees and these are happy employees because it was a pleasant environment. Otherwise they lucked out and hired a group of great people. Problem is, the cashier was much more efficient and had everything calculated as she was barely into her grocery count. Meanwhile, the line was forming and it grew 10-12 deep as she debated the clerk. I had enough and sprang into another line after waiting 15 minutes minimum. Aldi does not encourage this type of shopping. They are efficient and have very good cashiers who will ring up your groceries quickly. I breezed through the other line, bagged my groceries and was heading out the door when this same woman had her check book out with the cashier going through her bags as she debated him over something. My advice to her, ring up your damn groceries on your calculator as you place them in the basket and not at checkout.

Please people, we can do better than this! I did check the restroom and it was disgusting! The handicap door wouldn't lock, the floor had tissue all over and the other stalls were either full with waste, or out of order. I suggest you use restroom before you stop here. 1/5 poorly cleaned We decided to use self check out (which never works for me), but my husband insisted it was quicker. My husband scanned everything and only 2 items had to be manually entered. That was painless! I'm giving 4/5 only because we always have to get someone to enter items in system. Everyone speaks good English; is a big plus. I'm Filipino but my Tagalog is not good. Also they have Korean rice which is what I prefer. This is my go to store now and I've stopped going to other Asian/Filipino stores in the area.
