Ryan said, " iv never heard of such a policy". When I said Safeway, Shop Rite and major grocers honor this law because it is an incovienance to the shopper. He threw the 49 cents difference at me and barked, "We don't do that here". Safeway: "We guarantee the accuracy of our electronic checkout system. Safeway will give you the item free, if the price on their detailed receipt is different (higher or lower) as shown on the shelf price tag. Limit of one. Used the seafood counter for Super Bowl get together and while the shrimp were cooked perfectly and food tasted amazing they "forgot" they had to make 2 platters not just one. So had to wait for that to cook then they couldn't find a platter to use with the shrimp so just asked them to bag. Again ... sad. This store has the taste and the quality just need to find the employees that actually care and want to work.

The parking lot is nutty in that shopping center and I've been almost hit as people back out of their spots. There's also some interesting characters that hang out near the entrance asking for money and such. I also think it's weird that the last couple times I've gone, there was an employee at the exit giving out survey codes asking me to rate the store a 10. Kind of defeats the purpose of a survey if you tell me what to rate, no?

To my surprise, the store was completely disorganized. Clothing sizes were mixed everywhere -- unlike most Walmarts where smaller sizes are at the top and larger ones at the bottom. At this location, I had to check every single shelf, which was frustrating and time‑consuming. Most of the employees seemed more focused on their phones than on keeping the store clean and organized. It didn't look like they were using their time efficiently; they seemed more interested in organizing their apps than the store. After checking out, I heard someone mumbling behind me. When I turned around, an employee with a camera on his chest -- apparently monitoring carts -- was pointing at mine. I told him I couldn't hear him because I wear a hearing aid. He pointed at his own ear and made faces in a rude, mocking way. I held up my receipt and walked out. Completely unprofessional behavior.
