Small Asian food mart selling mainly dried goods from China with a small refrigerated section. Many of the items here can be found at Asian grocery or even Costco but to be fair I didn't compare prices. Some shelves are still waiting to be stocked. Walked in, browsed for 2-3 min and was not greeted.

The store is clean and cute. people are very nice. They have many snacks and cantonese soup packets. We particularly went for the garlic peanuts. They were promoting the 麻花. we loved all flavors and bought one packet each flavor only realizing the expiration date is only two days away after we got home. Always read the expiration date!!!

Notice this store the other day and had a chance to browse around. It's basically an Indian grocery store but for Asians. While I'm not too familiar with most or some of their products, it's like a small ranch 99 so they have alittle everything minus meats or veggies. Their prices are within range of their big box competitors and as a slight bonus for those who shop for herbs they do have a selection of dry herbs for eating or medicinal. A decent amount of snacks from the looks of it too and when I was asking to see if they carried a sukiyaki broth, the cashier was pretty friendly and helped me look around for it and sadly they didn't. But, I did find that they sold an extra hot/spicy curry sauce which I've never seen at ranch 99. So look forward to trying it out soon and I hope to stop by a tad more often to see what stuff they are selling.

Very full stock of herbals, candies, snacks, etc

I noticed there is a new store and now they are finally open! Many things they are selling are snacks and drinks, herbal and dry foods, and some special items I used before I came to the US. They have free gift for every purchase, good place to have a look and buy something interesting! Definitely will come back again!!!

Beware for a new market they sell expired products! Also had them hold something for me and when I went to pick it up they sold it. Really disappointed.

Special thanks to the front manager, Derek and the wonderful cashier, Serena. These 2 are the folks who make this business work. I parked over by the bank, instead of risking to get stuck in the building parking. I also noticed some patrons parking at the library, which is still very close. There was a ton of samples being handed out, the DJ was still paying music, and lines were long. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but the store was very clean and plenty of employees available to help. They had a ton of yummy stuff available in the grab and go counters, but high key expensive. Did a little walk around and decided to grab some milk. They have so many different types of milk lol. They also had a lot of healthy stuff available. We stood in the self checkout line for about 15 min, which felt overwhelming. I'm happy SL has a great grocery store in the area because the Safeways are all run down atp. I hope to stop by again soon.

Not sure if this is widely known, but Sprouts has $4.99 build your own sandwiches at their deli counter!! This was half of it, so delicious.

I tried numerous grocery store and even BevMo & searched even Fremont Brewing website. All leads became dead ends. This week I stopped at Whole Foods and met Jackson. Jackson was responsible for the liquor area in the store. He explained to me they used to carry it but it didn't sell. I explained my story and he said "I can special order it". No mark up just by a case which I eagerly agreed. Four days later I had my old time favorite beer "Sky" by Fremont Brewing. Jackson is a pleasant guy interested in satisfying his customer. I was at the self check out counter and a staff was really rude to me: she kept telling me to scan an item a certain way and it did not work. Also my Amazon Palm was not working: she kept insisting that it would be better not to use it since I did not set it up correctly/ she was very rude too. After I checked out, I found out that she was in a hurry since it was the end of her shift. Maybe it would be good if staff members could be scheduled into the back storage room or restocking rather than customers-facing at the end of their shifts: just a suggestion.

TJ's is one of my most favorite places to shop. In addition to the food, I love their plants, beautiful flowers, and greeting cards. They have an abundant assortment of cheeses, meats and snack foods. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They will look up an item for you and let you know when it will be restocked or if it is discontinued. I love their Kouign Amann, Chiles Rellenos con Queso, Marzano tomatoes, Saint Andre Triple Crème brie, jalapeno pepper jelly and of course, Hold the Cone ice cream. There is always something new and interesting to try and new seasonal items appear routinely. Most TJs have a parking lot that is always congested but this one isn't too bad. Even though we stopped by 30 minutes before closing, the store was packed with customers. There are plenty of cashiers to get you through the lines quickly and they are super friendly and courteous. And I am always amazed at how well they can pack everything into one bag!

For crispy skin roasted pig , San Rita road location is the best . I bought my $14.99 combo box today . It is a large rectangular box and you can fill in with items of your choice . It is $14.99 . If you buy just one meat item and a medium size paper box is already $12 The self served deli section has fried rice , stir fry egg noodle and hor fun ( rice fiat noodle ) . Many different types of cooked vegetables ( Napa , broccoli, zucchini, egg plants , etc ) and meats ( chicken , beef , fish , shrimp , beef brisket ) tofu , etc . They all taste great and you can stack up a lot more of you put the smaller pieces in the bottom . I bring my own extra containers. After I paid the cashier I put all the salt & pepper fish filet into my own container to keep it dry and fluffy. The batter they use are very tasty and light. It has so much room I have enough food to last me two meals . For the $14.99 combo you must put in some rice and vegetables. Cannot be all meats . That is not hard to arrange . I have includes photos and the prices list for the deli section . They get the first batch of food around 11:00 and then refill once around 2 pm . During the holidays , you can order grilled turkey marinaded in BBQ flavor . It is delicious and we order it often .

I am okay with that. The workers are okay. Parking is okay for the most part but it can get a somewhat difficult during peak hours. The selection of items is pretty vast. They have a good variety and I don't miss much.. The only thing I wish they had but didn't was Thai Basil. I have gone to this place several times and made the same mistake thinking they had it. They have some pretty good deals but you will have to do some searching. My biggest criticism will be their hot foods. The entrees are never fresh. Maybe at the beginning of the day but even when I see them refill them- they still feel old. I have ordered their self serve combo too many times. It haunts my soul how they cannot make fresh entrees. I do enjoy their stewed beef and fried fish though. Those two items are always good. The fish has a better crisp than expected and would be great with just a bit more seasoning. Their orange chicken gets old and the batter starts to fall off. The flavor is alright I guess. Their veggies are fine. A necessary green to your combo. Their eggplant has okay flavor but it's a bit too oily. The dim sum is pretty bad but I think that's the case for every Ranch 99 so I don't blame them. It's just over priced and poor quality.
