We were in town for Thanksgiving and hardly anything kid-friendly was open, so Chinese food it was! I found this spot on Yelp with decent reviews, and since it was our first time, I did what I always do -- peek at what everyone else is ordering. Luckily, the cute couple next to us had some AMAZING-smelling dishes coming out, so we totally copied a few of their choices and added our own. We ended up with the warm wonton soup, Hunan chicken, and a combo plate with beef & broccoli, shrimp, BBQ pork, and rice. Everything was so fresh, flavorful, and seriously delicious. Our food was amazing! Served piping hot and definitely tasted fresh. We got the lunch combination #D, which came with two entrees, choice of soup, two spring rolls and a crab puff. Crab puff: out of this world. So amazing. The spring rolls were great too. The hot and sour soup was spicier than I prefer but it was still tasty. The sweet and sour chicken was so crisp, their sauce is tasty too. We got the Mongolian beef as well, it needed more beef. So we ordered: Broccoli Beef ( came with not a lot of steamed rice) The portion was huge though.This is kid's go too. He liked it. Terriyaki Chicken Lo Mein, so much of it. Tender chicken, tons of noodles, a few surprise snow peas which I love. Crab puffs ( you get a lot in an order and it comes with yummy warm sweet and sour sauce) BBQ pork. Our family of 15 came in and were treated to a culinary masterclass. We each got different things: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Orange Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Egg Foo Young, and a couple others I'm forgetting, but there were no misses. The best Chinese that I have eaten in years. Both of our meals came with very healthy sized portions. The food seemed to be very fresh. The fried items were very crispy. Just a little update. The food is still delicious. I had my special order of Vegetable Kung Pao (extra spicy). My husband had the #10 combination of Shrimp, Beef Broccoli, BBQ Pork and Fried Rice. They use fresh ingredients and cooked just right - not overcooked. This visit I overheard the people at the table next to ours, exclaiming how great the food was, and they said they liked it even better than their favorite Chinese restaurant back home. That came from the grandparents, parents, and five kids. They even asked the server how to say thank you in Chinese, so they could thank everyone in their native language. The house special black pepper lo mein is really tasty! Tender pieces of chicken, beef, and shrimp with lo mein noodles stir fried with sugar snap peas and assorted veggies. The bright and hot pepperiness of the dish is softened with a slightly sweet finish. The salt and pepper shrimp continues to shine; juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and tossed with smoky sliced garlic, onions, and jalapeños! The spicy tofu is by far our favorite tofu dish here. We've also tried the mapo tofu and Szechuan tofu. On our vacation to Lincoln City, we stopped by this restaurant for lunch/dinner. Husband is a vegetarian, and we ordered vegetable fried rice, vegetable lo mein, and general tso tofu. Amazing!! We were visiting Lincoln City and didn't have any plans. We decided on trying this place out (last minute) on thanksgiving.. They were absolutely fantastic! We called in an order but remembered we didn't have a table at our hotel room, so we asked if we can eat there. They accommodate us and their hospitality was great! The waitress in her early 20s was extremely loud. She was shouting the entire time we were eating there. Idk what her deal was but she had virtually zero self awareness of how that makes the business come off. Food was plentiful and was about what I'd expect for a small town. We enjoyed wonderful American style Chinese food from their menu which also includes few Schewuan items. On our recent visit we enjoyed food that was filled with meat and fresh vegetables that weren't over cooked. The sauces were tasty without being overly salty. The updated dining room was clean, bright and comfortable and the service was excellent. There is a family feeling and sense of pride in this updated restaurant. Unfortunately the spring roll suffered because of it. It was soggy by the time I ate it. The inside was that nasty cabbage filling like most low quality spring rolls. I liked the crab puff and the fact the combo came with one. Crab puffs are something I like to try but don't want a whole order of. The sweet and sour pork had good flavor. Also the color resembled what sweet and sour pork would look like in its natura environment and not too bright red. The Mongolian beef was impressive. Most places will include minimal beef and most cuts are chewy and inedible. There was lots of beef and very tender. Some good late heat too. I wish there were other combo options but I wasn't too let down by the Mongolian beef. Overall a good filling meal. I like the pickup window. We tried to go here for dinner tonight. There were a decent number of cars in the parking lot which I was optimistic about because I've yet to find good Chinese food on the coast. The lobby had 4-5 people waiting on to go orders but there were lots of open tables in the dining room. The hostess asked if we were wanting take out and I said dine in. She said the kitchen wasn't taking anymore dine in orders because they were too busy with take out orders which was disappointing. Is the food good here? Guess we'll never know. read more

I came here once when I was probably 11. I was with my brother and his girlfriend, and this was the closest restaurant we could walk to. I don't really remember much about it, that was a lot of years ago, but I was recently reading a positive review while we were visiting LC. It was a dark, stormy night when we arrived. Only one other couple at a table but there seemed to be a lot of people picking up for takeout. We hadn't planned on ordering anything big, but the prices were really good and the food looks good so we got the dinner for two which was I think $17.95 each. It came with choice of soup, the standard egg flower or hot and sour. Then a whole tray of appetizers; shrimp, BBQ pork, eggroll and crab puffs. All were perfect. I think just this plate alone would've cost us $14.50. Got to choose two entrées, we chose chicken lo mein and shrimp walnut. Both were delicious! Also came with pork fried rice. This is our new favorite place, we like it even better than our favorite Chinese restaurant in our hometown. Will definitely come here again and again. read more

I had the Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, rice, and 2 little crispy spring rolls. My sister had the chicken with vegetables. We both loved our food and we had leftovers. Beware. They will give you less food and charge you the same price. We are regular customers and order the same thing EVERY TIME. This last time they packaged our order in a container that was 1/2 the size it usually comes in. I called and politely explained what hapened, hoping they would correct their mistake.. They argued and refused to make it right. Mistakes happen but this is no way to treat a regular customer. We won't be back. read more
