She went in knowing she wanted to try some Hoka's but didnt really know which ones to choose from. The sales rep spent a good amount out time with her talking through the various options. He measured her foot, analyzed the way she walked in each pair and didn't try to pressure her. She ultimately settled on Hoka Arahi's which she absolutely loves. I walked away with a new running shirt and know I'll be coming back when I'm ready for my next pair of running shoes.

People need to understand that it's getting very hard for the small Brick and mortar stores albeit part of large OEM families like new balance, to compete against the larger online conglomerates. When Annette returned, she realized it was a slightly different variation than she had meant to grab. I love Sports Systems. I've been a customer here for at least 6 years. I mainly used the bike shop…read morefor my maintenance needs. But, the store is full of an impressive stock of inventory for your sporting needs. Today, I stopped by the shop to get a water bottle cage. I had a remaining balance on a gift card to use. I found the cage. I also looked at a pair of biking glasses as I am in the market for some. The glasses where right next to the register with a few employees. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.

Rear wheel estimated at 400, while I have previously gotten wheels for 200 multiple times. Was also told on the phone they accept components for store credit when they do not. Should have known when they sell arbor for their snow gear haha.

Anyway, I went in this afternoon to make a purchase.And the employee was kind enough to allow me to have a purchase discount in the same amount of the expired gift card. This store is always clean and has so much merchandise. In the very back of the store , there is a clearance rack , so be sure to check that out. All of the employees that I have had contact with have been professional and very friendly and accommodating. We will be back here for sure.
