I purposely waited to see how attentive the employees were here. The answer is, not at all. I stood at the front of the store with a shoe in my hand trying to make eye contact with any employee. I counted 3 in uniform and later an employee who wasn't dressed as the rest of them decided to help me. One uniformed employee was behind the counter which is understandable. Two were on there way out assuming they were on break/lunch. The employee not uniform asked for my size and proceeded to find my shoe size. What bothers me as well is how every employee tries a bit too hard to relate to you and talk to you as if we were "homies". Nicholas the Manager helped me track down a receipt from the store in Roseville. It was difficult because the Roseville store entered my email wrong. We went to this location looking for a basketball shoes... All Nike styles didn't have the size I was looking for, so I settled for KD's shoes.. The pony tail guy who was on duty (January 20, 3:30PM) that time didnt wanna grab the size/s we wanted to try so he just said the display sHoes can be tried on which was half an inch longer.. Ok so tried it on but whEn it fits, we asked him to get the right size at the back.. they let (2 of them) us wait couple of mins standing by the counter where another man was waiting too as they f***ed up his order online as well.. The dude even told us to spend our moneY somewhere else as the service was tooo poor at FL.. Then we asked the pony tail guy who looks like he doesnt wanna work there, to get us the right size for the kd shoes... He went inside the storage at the back carrying 2 shoes ordered by another customer in line... As he came out, our order wasnt ready so what we did was to exit the store and went straight to Finish Line where we got $180 basketball shoes.. Customer service was way better and staff was too friendly.. This Foot locker store staff needs orientation and responsible hardworking pEople because if they continue to behave like this, they will be the next among retail stores that close and shut down!!! I just walked out of this store and I can't believe the way they treat paying customers. I went in to purchase a COUPLE pair of running shoes and I know it was late (10 min before closing) but omg as soon as I walked in instead of getting greeted this guy walks up to me and says "you have 5min". At first I thought he was joking because who would speak like that to customers I don't care if it's 2 min before closing you don't speak like that to no one. I took my younger brother to Footlocker today and was completely annoyed with the customer service I received here. First of all, we were NOT greeted in we walked in because the employees were too busy on their phones. Anyway, if you walk in and encounter the employee named Madeline B. (plus size latina) you are in for a treat. She was very rude to my brother and I as well as very unhelpful. I have never been so annoyed. Ok, so we went in for the sole purpose of buying a new pair of white air forces for my brother, we walked in and went right for the air forces, my brother was looking for someone to assist him with getting them in his size and she very rudely yelled at my brother from across the store asking for the size he wanted, my brother starts walking towards her to avoid yelling across the store...just to be sent back by her to try on the display shoes. The customer service at this location is really bad. I checked online if they a specific shoe and it said that they had four. Unfortunately, they didn't have it. Also, he couldn't even find the matching shoe to the display. When I kindly had to wait in line to ask if they had the size, I didn't even get asked what size I needed. Worse customer service ever!I went in there to return a pair of shoes. It took 3 people to complete my transaction! I was treated poorly, especially from one of the managers that worked there. She was very unprofessional and very unfriendly! I worked with customer service in the pass, and I believe the way she treated me was very low standards expected in this particular profession!
