I bought shoes for my mom on 12/19 as peak of her Christmas gift. On 12/19 we went into the store to make an exchange because the shoe was a size too big. Mind you it was busy and staff would rather talk amongst themselves than to actually service people. When I approached to counter the guy said it was $20 dollars more the exchange, I asked where that policy was written on the receipt? When I pitched the shoe initially the guy told me that I could come and exchange for the same price. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady approached us with an attitude and said that the exchange policy was somewhere online and left. Like I said it was busy I paid and left, I'm not a huge fan of the brand and the people working for it are definitely not helpful at all. read more

Their manager King said "its store policy that they cannot dribble the ball." I told the manager he couldve approached it differently instead of yelling at the kids. I ended up finding a cute pair of shoes, unfortunately, they didn't have my size on the shelves. However, I did find a worker and he was able to use his scanner and told me that the last pair were actually the display ones. I decided to take them despite the fact that they were dirty and scuffed. At the register, I asked the cashier if they were able to discount them due to the imperfections on them, and she said they had more in the back. I told her that an associate had already scanned the tag and said there were no more. She said she was sure there were and left to go look for them. Sure enough, they did have them in the back. We like to go to Adidas but this location has a rude employee. I asked politely if my daughter can use the fitting room since it was cordoned (Hence me asking a permission). The employee then sarcastically and condescendingly answered that 'when an area is cordoned, and the lights are closed, that usually means, it's closed'. Another employee rescued the conversation and explained that in the last hour, they have limited staff so they can't oversee the area. I think that is very reasonable and I understand. I don't think I need a sassy employee to be condescending to me and my daughter. That older man should have learned manners by now but apparently it's a challenge for him. But this outlet store in Vacaville is too small for what they wanted to do! They have more than a half of the store is for the shoes and another half of the store for the rest of the merchandise and cashier counters. The Adidas outlet store, like most outlet stores, will benefit you if you know what to expect. Keep in mind that there will be crowds and that sizing availability is limited. But if you do find a deral, it's well worth it and you'll likely never buy Adidas at full price again. I wandered in without any expectations and found a large variety of shoes that would work well for me. I'm a size 13, so there weren't many in my size, but it did give me some inspiration and ideas as far as what are the latest fashion trends. The kids shoes selection was on point as well - I found many shoes that were perfect for my 5-year-old son. The downside is long lines at the register and crowds. When a place is as popular as this, it comes with the territory. Usually I would have a bigger problem with those factors if the prices weren't so amazing. read more

Love this store! I've frequented this store a lot in the past few years, especially with Adidas' resurgence as a brand in this same timeframe (IMO because of Boost technology!). I've come away with tons of great shoe and clothing deals from here! They usually have some different pairs of Boosts available, usually NMDs or maybe some Pure Boosts (haven't really seen too many pairs of Ultraboosts), or something similar. There's also tons of other athletic shoes available, as well as a good amount of casual and old school shoes. There's also tons of great clothes available, not just athletic, but casual as well. There are also accessories such as sunglasses and backpacks available, too. Customer service is pretty friendly and checkout is usually prompt. So with my mom as my wingman, I ended up being this "shopaholic" during this visit to the "Adidas Outlet" and let me tell you....It was indeed hard to not buy the whole store. Adidas Outlet: "40% Off" was the name of the game, and giving them my money was the thing. Man a fourty percent off sale off everything in the store....wow I was in absolute heaven. I was starting to realize that one "Adidas" dream for me was about to happen today, more on that in a bit, my first goal was "shoes". Yea, not only women like them, I love them too. "Adidas" seem to be making a huge comeback and are competing neck and neck with other big brands. And I was happy to see in this outlet store that the stock was pretty current. Unlike some outlets that have styles or fashion that are a bit.."dated" I was pretty surprised to see that everything was on point. Unlike the "Nike Outlet" in the same plaza, this establishment was very neat and well organized. The staff here was top notch, very friendly people all around. The shoe features "cloudfoam" which is a lightweight material that makes the shoe not heavy and very comfortable paired up with the nit material stitching. This shoe is great for working out or everyday wearing. I was happy with this purchase. Adidas Track Jacket $8.79 - Yea, the price is absolutely correct. Remember I mentioned earlier a dream for me was about to happen? This is what I was talking about. Normally these track jackets (for this particular one) go for $75.00, but this is an outlet store so they sold it for....get this....$14.95....Yea, I was totally about to pay that. But with the 40% off..I was having the best night ever! Gonna look real good once I get the pants to match and my "Gold Rope Chain" Overall: I really liked this store a whole lot, and after a grand total of "$55.09" I was in love with this store. You ever wanted to become claustrophobic? Then you should stop by the Adidas Outlet store in Vacaville. The aisles of shoes will cram you and all other patrons in an aisle while you look for your size just in time for a baby stroller to come through and complicate it more. Okay, it's not always that bad, but it can get pretty crammed in the shoe aisles. But as far as deals go, Adidas marks down generously and when sales come, things get marked down to where you'd think it'd be a waste not to go get it. I'm talking sometimes shoes and clothing under $20. Now the deals are great, but the selection can sometimes be slow, especially for shoes. Clothing gets shifted into new inventory somewhat often, but the style of shoes seems to stay for quite a long time. Weeks upon weeks will pass where a certain style of shoe, Tubulars for example, will dominate the shelf and there'll be plenty of different colorways, but you'll be stuck sifting through a sea of the same shoe more or less. Then often they will get replaced by a new style that will dominate the shelf and so repeat. Well with that all aside, the brand with three stripes outlet really does help you get a receipt with only double figures, even if the change is slow and the walls try to hug you. read more

Shockingly loud music and an all around jarring experience is the best way to describe this store. The Adidas Outlet was just remodeled. While there are some positives, there are also glaring negatives. The store looks sleek with new warehouse looking features. The remodel did not include a enough fitting rooms. I waited about 20 min to go into the fitting room. The fitting rooms are also too large. If they divided the rooms up then they could have about 2 more rooms. The music that this store played was way too loud. I don't want to sound like an old man, because I'm not. But when I walked into the store it was like a wall of jarring noise. I've been to European techno clubs that were less jarring. The clothes selection isn't the best. They have only a few running outfits. But the prices are low. There are lots of young friendly employees ready to help. Yet the store seemed a little disorganized. I don't think I'll be coming back. My ears can't take the punishment. This is an outlet store so you'll always find plenty of parking. We went on a day where they were having a 30% off every $100. Let me tell you I took 3 teenagers so it wasn't hard to do. It's a fact that Adidas has the best Slides in the shoe game so I came in ready to take full advantage of the sale they had going on. Like most stores they didn't have my size, but most stores don't have Isaac. Not only did he find my size, but he also found my favorite Hoodie. The cool thing about it was when he brought them out he was more excited than I was. Rarely, do you go to an outlet and have people happy to help you. The experience did not end with Isaac. The cashiers Carter and Mike treated me like I was part of the Crew. They Recommended other styles and fits that would go with my slides, which I had to get as well. The credit for such a warm, professional atmosphere has to go to their Fearless leader Alexis the store manager. It was abundantly clear they all followed her example of top notch Customer Service. The place isn't so bad and they have a pretty decent selection however their staff is super unprofessional and just straight rude. Upon purchasing a pair of shoes prior to paying I show my military ID along with my debit card because I am certain they offer discounts. When given the total I noticed there wasn't a discount given so I ask the employee if they were no longer giving military discounts instead of explaining their new process in a professional manner he proceeded with a very poor attitude stating they haven't taken ID's since January well obviously I'm a customer and has never been made aware of the charges although I have been shopping there way after their policy changed and was still given the military discount just by providing my ID. I asked for an alternative he basically blew me off. So I asked for a manager she was just as bad. When I was explaining the situation asking her a question he answered from behind when in fact I was not even speaking to him. The manager didn't see an issue. In case you forgot we customers pay your salary and this was all unnecessary. If you are unhappy or incompetent at doing your job do not work there! Bargain shopping is not for the weak of stomach, nor the mild-mannered; it's completely uncivilized and sometimes downright ugly. On my last two visits, I knew exactly what I wanted... no dilly dallying. Straight to the back wall of bargains, to find mama some running shoes. I like the way Adidas running shoes fit my skinny, high-arched, monkey feet. The arch support in most Adidas shoes (running, walking, showing-off) seem to have nice arch supports. So, in less than 15 minutes I found a nice pair of running shoes for $19.95! In and out, on to conquer the next store. Now if you want to really spend more time and la-la shop, you can do that too. They have clothing, workout wear, workout gear, and every type of shoe from running, walking, hiking, cleats, mandels, cross-training, rap-training, whatever. I love Mah Ah-didas! I really want to like the Adidas outlet, but there have been many times where I've left empty handed and kind of disappointed. While they do have a good clothes selection, their shoe selection, however, does leave much to be desired. A long long long time ago though, they used to have a lot of good shoes for super dirt cheap. But, do note that my definition of not having a great shoe selection doesn't mean the same for the next person. I'm usually looking for basketball shoes, which they don't really have much of. Best customer service in the whole outlet mall. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. I must have asked Kitana to open the dressing room doors for me at least 3 times. She was very patient and even offered to check for my size in multiple items (I'm so indecisive). I think if you're a big Adidas fan, you'll know what to look for, whether you're looking for mainline or originals. But the selection here is pretty slim, and it ain't all that cheap either. Earlier in the year, I was looking for a navy pair of Superstar II's. They match with almost any outfit, they're look better when they're beat up, and they're actually quite comfortable. Instead, I waited for a sale and settled for black pair for fifty bucks. This past weekend, I saw the navy ones at the outlet. They were seventy bucks, with 50% off the second pair, if you wanted a second pair. Considering how many other stores at the outlets were selling stuff for 40-50% off the entire store, I was pretty disappointed. That said, I don't think I'd pass on an obligatory peek the next time I'm in town. But I won't be disappointed if I don't find anything I like here, either. read more
