I too was so excited to have a foot reflexology place open 2 minutes from my house. I have been a couple of times now and every time it has been wonderful. The atmosphere is great as well as the prices. If you have not been well you need to go. You not only get your feet done but pretty much a full body massage with your clothes on. Great for guys too. This was my first time at the Foot Palace and it was somewhat of a let down. I called and asked if they were doing any Mother's day specials and they said yes, a free paraffin hand wax with a massage. My daughter & I decided to make it part of our Mother's Day time together, so we set it up and went in. I opted for the 70 mins for $29.99 special & she got the 30/30 for $40. Unfortunately, they would not give me the paraffin wax at the end of my massage, even though it was arranged before we went back for our massages. They said it was because I got the special. So this was my first time to ever get a massage, and I had went with my sister for a girl's night out. First of all, I'd like to say I love their hours, they open till late at night which is very convenient. I made an appointment prior to coming so there was no wait whatsoever. As expected with all the reviews I had seen prior to coming, the rooms were warm, cozy, and clean. I had Richerd and my sister had Angela. We both had the 30 minute back massage for $29.99. Love this place, very relaxing!!! Have had many massages, this one ranks at the top of the list. Carol and George are the best. We usually get the couples massage in the private room, great date night for me and the wife. We skip dinner and get a massage, we feel wonderful afterword's instead of bloated. I would recommend the 70 minute reflexology and the 90 minute acupressure. The business hours are very covenant. This is a very clean legit establishment. Let me preface this by saying, I have gotten massages twice a month for the last two years from two other establishments here in Rowlett...but HANDS DOWN this is the BEST. The establishment is cleaner and has a more welcoming interior. Today was my second massage there and my first time with Kevin - he was utterly amazing. When I called today to make an appointment they said they were no longer accepting the vouchers (even though the Groupon was valid until August!). They offered to sell me a lesser service for the same price and said that I could just get my money back from Groupon. That seems very shady in my opinion. Horrible. Their Groupon deal offers a 70 minute reflexology session. You get there and see that it's 40 minutes of reflexology, 15 minutes of back and shoulder massage, and 15 minutes of arm and leg massage. Could be worse, right? Yes. There was no reflexology. There was barely any foot massage at all. Less than 10 lazy minutes spent total on both feet. Lazy, as in 1 type of stroke, that's it. Very uncomfortable massage all over. Compression over the spine, kidneys, popliteal region(back of the knees), and lateral compression of the glutes(meaning pushing of the glutes away from the midline(put more simply, spreading my buttcheeks apart)), painful compression of the shoulder blades, and when done with aggressive stretching, just threw my limbs back onto the table. This may have been the worst massage experience I've ever encountered, and I'm a massage therapist, which means I went to school and got completely amateur massages from people who ended up dropping out because they weren't any good. I'm quite sure these people are not licensed, which, if I were petty enough, I could call the Texas dshs and report them and have them closed down. Their Groupon deal is false advertising, and their menu up front is as well. read more

We loved it! Went on a Sunday afternoon with my friend that was visiting from California. (I can vouch for her because she kept raving about it all the way home and to this day lol) I had purchased groupon for the both of us for $30.00 each for a 70 minute foot reflexology massage. Upon arriving we were greeted by a sweet young lady, she recommended for an additional $10.00 we could have back and feet, so we took advantage of that and let me tell you it was sooooo worth it, very relaxing. She took us to a very dim semiprivate, quiet very clean area with curtains, some very nice and big comfortable cushiony beds. She gave us a bin to put our clothes in. She recommended we undress and just leave our undies on, and gave us a light cover as we lie down. Soon after, the male masseurs came in and proceeded to put our feet to soak in hot but bearable water. They began to massage our head then arms neck. Then started on feet area. Then they ask you to turn over and began on our back, plenty oiled up and what a wonderful soft but just enough pressure massage. I wanted mooooore.. I will definitely will be going back soon. This place is great I highly recommend it! The staff are very nice and well trained and it is also very cheap. for 70 minutes it was only $25. My favorite part is when they put your feet in a bucket of hot water it feels amazing. Also I asked them for a very deep tissue massage and it was a better massage then I used to get for $100. Took my 2 daughters in for their very first massage and they LOVED it. We all did! One daughter said this was the best thing of her life. They were awesome! I love foot spas, and I have been to many different ones in the DFW area. Some establishments can be rather rough, but Foot Palace was the perfect combination of pressure applied appropriately where and when needed. The environment was relaxing and peaceful, and the people were pleasant and helpful. I was surprised at how busy they were. I do not mean to imply that the place was packed- it wasn't and they had plenty of available space where a customer can feel peaceful, but they were in such demand that their therapists were booked for most of the day and they could only fit me in for a 30 minute walk-in. I think the fact that they stay busy speaks to the quality of their work. But visiting as a walk-in may be precarious. It's best to make an appointment. read more
