My husband and I booked a 60 minute foot massage here. This was our 1st time at this establishment. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was that the lights weren't as dim as the many other places we've been to & the staff giving the massages were conversing with each other. As we waited I noticed one man, who I believe to be the manager or owner walking around with a key holder at his hip with multiple keys, making him very loud as he walked to and fro. We observed this same man and some of the staff members in a heated discussion. They seemed to be upset that he accepted a walk-in couple as it was the end of the day. My massage was painful. I cringed several times and moaned in agony throughout the service. I let my masseuse know she was hurting me and asked her to be more soft and it fell on deaf ears. Oh but during the painful massage, the staff were talking & laughing loudly. I was unable to relax. When we went to the counter to pay, the masseuse followed us to the front and watched eagerly waiting for their tip. It was so uncomfortable. Very disappointed this evening. This place is pretty cheap and relaxing. After many visits, the last time I went it was the first time the place was actually quiet. Before, the masseuse used to speak chinese...if only I knew what they were saying. But overall, for twenty dollars...I totally recommend it especially if you're uncomfortable with taking off your clothing. I really feel they do a great job and make you comfortable. I'm just not sure if they always washed their towels. That was kind of disturbing. And there was one time I stuck my face in the hole of the chair and it tasted kind of weird as if someone drooled in there...yucky. read more

Foot massages for a pregnant lady are heavenly!! We had a sort of girls day and came here for foot massages. We made a reservation for 6 the day before and were accommodated right when we arrived. I had a lady who did my massage. They begin by soaking your feet while massaging your head, shoulders, arms and hands. Then they spend a good amount of time on your feet and legs. My massage was relaxing...gentle and not too rough. I did wince a couple of time while she applied pressure on certain points but it wasn't bad. Usually they ask you to flip over onto your stomach for a back massage but since I cannot lay on my stomach, I sat up in the chair while they did my shoulders and back. So far I went twice. The price is reasonable for one hour. The first time a lady therapist worked on me and it was alright. Your feet are soaked first while they massage your head, face, arms, shoulders, legs, buttocks and feet. I'm very disappointed with my experience last night-a man therapist worked on me and was extremely rough. I asked him twice to lighten the pressure, he started to and then continued with firm, deep tissue. I got beat up!! I came here because I have 3 more weeks to go in my pregnancy and my puppies needed some pampering without spending a fortune. They do 1 hour foot massages for $20 and they take credit cards. However, tips needed to be paid in cash. I didn't make an appointment but they saw me immediately anyway. They seemed to be busy, too. The massage was great and I'm not sure if they wanted to take it easy on me since I'm very pregnant, but I thought that they could have been massaged my feet a little more roughly. But I think the manager kept telling my masseuse to go gently on me. All in all, it was wonderful feeling, just what my feet needed. The last 5 minutes were spent on my shoulders, so that was a nice touch. The only thing that some people might mind is sitting next to someone else (like a foot away) who is also getting massaged. No one is naked or anything but there are lots of people all in one room getting different kinds of massages. So you do hear other people's conversation but it was quite nonetheless. read more

Plus it says foot massage but they also give you a full body massage. It's open and not really dark and it's a busy place but I really enjoy the MASSAGE and especially how cheap it is. My husband and I came to try this place out instead of driving to our usual "hit or miss" spot in San Jose. (We've been going to that place two/three times a month for almost 2 years. Same setup as this place and what others have posted about how it all goes down.) we took a chance even after reading the reviews but this place however...my, oh my...it was GREAT! Ask for Fox or David! Fox put just the right amount of pressure on all areas and she did a fantastic job getting the kinks out of my back without kung-fooing me to death. She wasn't rushing to get the job done and instead, had long, soothing strokes to ease my mind. She even asked if the pressure was okay during the beginning. As per my husband, he said David was perfect as well, good pressure and pace... and he wasn't beat up like last time from one of the guys at our "old" usual place. We both felt completely relaxed during and after the massage and will definitely be returning. No more trips to San Jose for that $20 hour long full body massage. whoot! perfect way to start Friday night :) read more

I usually like this place until tonight. I call ahead and make sure they can take me when I arrive in 10 minutes. They checked and said it was okay to come. I get there in 9 minutes and no one's at the desk and I motion and whisper to the people working that I had called ahead. One of them rudely just says "CLOSED". It's very good for $20 plus tip for foot massages. My sister and I visit this place quite often for relaxation since it closes to where we live. They start with putting your feet in a hot water container while massaging your head, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. After that they concentrate on your feet. Normally I don't let them massage my back because I afraid the rough pressure will hurt my back. We enjoy it every time. read more

The shop owner MUST post a sign to "turn off your cell-phone"! Common sense, eh?? I went there for the first time, though the price is extremely reasonable, the shop owner is yapping away in broken-english telling people how to get there. One of the regular customers w/a 10-sessions-card misplaced her card, yapped away how it was him that sold her the card and she misplaced it...so loud and so obnoxious that it made the visit so unpleasant. The shop-owner and this Pinay-lady should have step outside to work things out, this ain't a "fish-market" and argue while people are trying to relax and enjoy their session. I was here yesterday. The guy who is always at the counter(i dont know if he is the owner)gave me a terrible massage. I told him to just concentrate on my back but he just hurt me with just him poking my back.He even cheated for 15minutes only charging me 20usd the same amount if i did my foot massage.
