Not only did they have the exact model she was looking for (coincidentally, the same one I wanted to purchase originally), but the staff was noticeably more professional and welcoming this time around. While my friend certainly turned a few heads--she's objectively very striking--what stood out more was the consistently courteous and knowledgeable service we both received. It felt genuine and customer-focused, which made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. The staff was so helpful and relaxed that I ended up making a few purchases myself--completely unplanned, but I couldn't resist. It's possible my earlier experience was just an off day, and this visit definitely changed my perspective. As a nice bonus, they even gave me a handful of stickers for my gun room wall, which was a thoughtful touch.
