Unforgettable painful, bad & hurt experience today! The female Dr. (Dr.Justin A. wife) take me in the eyes exam room and harassing me for 15 minutes because of I was stuck in traffic and is 20 minutes late my appointment. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!! After more then 10 years we follow her and supporting her from city of industry when she is still "no body" until now. She actually spend 15 minutes not to examining my eyes or at least ask me to reschedule another appointment, but she harassing me and tell me never come back to see her again! Can you believe that?! I will never forget how terrible and unprofessional that female Dr. (Dr. Justin A. Wife)! I will never go back there, and I will never suggest or refer any more clients to her business anymore! I wish I can give her a "0 star"! She certainly don't qualify to be a loving & caring person enough to be a doctor. My husband and I have been going to Foothill Optometric Center for at least 10 years. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I've had problems trying to find the right contacts to meet me needs, and Dr. Abo has been very patient. They contact me when there are new contacts available that might work better for me. Everyone is so attentive when you are in the office and phone in requests are always handled immediately. I'm one of those people that always has several questions and I have never felt like they were trying to rush me along. In fact, just the opposite. They are all incredibly thorough. As an added bonus, the staff has stopped both my husband and myself from purchasing very bad choices for eyewear. What do we know? Try the Foothill Optometric Center. The new office is gorgeous and the frame selection is great! There is something for everyone. Even more important is the care I received from Dr. Abo. He really is one of the most kindest and caring people I have ever had in my life. He takes the time to listen and really know you, your eyes as well as your overall health. He has a great sense of humor too! Dr. Murakami is right up there too! Both Dr. Abo and Dr. Murakami are very knowledgeable and use the latest technology available. As for the staff, they are very helpful, especially when it comes to selecting and ordering glasses. I just got my second pair of Maui Jim Polarized Sunglasses and I just love them! I travel approximately 49 miles from Lakewood to see Dr. Abo, a bit of a drive, but absolutely worth it! read more

I highly recommend this place! Dr. Archibald is one of the most smart, friendly, and caring optometrists I've met. She really takes time to explain everything. My friend had an eye problem and this optometrist detected it early on and referred her right away to the specialist now she is doing much better. Also, I've been to other optometrists before and I've had to come back to their office because they seemed in a rush and at the end they got my prescription wrong...twice! (that speaks a lot from the doctor). Dr. Archibald got my prescription right the first time. The staff is so friendly. I never bother reviewing places, but the staff and doctors here were so exceptional that I can't help myself. My prescription is very strong, so even minor variations in how lenses are made will strongly affect how well the resulting glasses correct my vision. The glasses I ordered weren't quite correct on several occasions in ways that most people likely wouldn't perceive. Each time, they very carefully tried to determine the exact cause of the deviation and sent the order back to the manufacturer at no additional cost to me. I am very pleased with the new eyeglasses from Foothill Optometric Center. They were able to correct a difficult vision problem I had. Dr. Abo was very thorough in his exam and listened to my concerns. He was able to determine a prescription for my eyeglasses that correct my double vision. Krista was very helpful in choosing the frames and was able to adjust them to fit my nose. Even though it took a little over a month to receive my glasses, which was by the way my insurance's fault, they still took off what I paid out of pocket for my frames. I was very pleased with that! As soon as my glasses were ready they called me. When I went to pick them up it was very fast, they made sure they fit properly and then I was on my way!
