As she reviewed my info she actually TOLD me what she was doing then walked me through her observations so that I understood everything. Once again Foothill Optometric has made my life easier. I walked in today to have 1 pair of glasses adjusted and 1 repaired (replaced nose pad). I I did not need to come into this office to know that their service was bad. I did make an appointment for today and I did miss it. Only because a week prior they did leave(half) a reminder voice mail to my phone ,the voice mail was going good right before she's about to tell me the time and day, she starts talking to her co worker and laughing obnoxiously then just hangs up. They are constantly updating equipment to keep up with the latest in eye exams and have very friendly staff members. Dr. Abo always makes sure that my vision test is thorough. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. The doctors are wonderful and truly care about their patients. The assistants are all very friendly and professional. The office is gorgeous. Everyone here made my 5yr old daughter feel at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Just wanted to throw this out there because this really meant a lot to me. My glasses have been broken for about a year now and I've been lagging going and getting them fixed so when I have to wear them I do but they would really hurt me. While I was sitting in the exam room with my daughter the doctor asked if I wear glasses and I told him yes but that they were broken. He asked to see them. I pulled them out and handed them to him and he said this is nothing and called for an assistant and boom within 5 minutes my glasses were good as new. I just thought that was very nice of him and I greatly appreciated it. read more

This place is the best. I live 45 minutes away, this place is worth the drive . They have a great selection of glasses and sun glasses ( which you don't see anymore) and instead of settling for less I take a drive to see them every year for the last 3 years. A couple of months ago I bought this years glasses I needed time to adjust to them. A week ago I took them back because and with no hesitation they are helping me get new lenses that I'm comfortable with. If there was a six star option they would definitely get that extra star. read more

The Doctor was very nice and professional. She explained everything thoroughly. The staff however didnt rub me well. I received good customer service however they did not appear genuinely personable. I could tell they could be just being nice because they have to. They had a good selection of frames and I was in and out in about an hour. I will never buy another pair of frames or let them perform an eye exam on me again. Not because the girls (Ali) upfront weren't absolutely fantastic or their frame selection is bad. Actually the complete opposite! The issue I have is that I asked the doctor (Crews) not to change my prescription as I have other eye glasses (4) and sunglasses (2) that I would not want to change (very expensive at about 200.00 a pair) if my eyes didn't drastically change. She said she understood and it wasn't a problem. At the end of the exam she made no mention of anything except my eyes looked good and shook my hand as I left. On my way out I made sure to mention my worries about not changing my prescription and got a "no problem" from Dr. Crews for the second time. I just wanted a new pair of frames as I broke my other black ones. My eyes weren't bothering me at all but they will now! Fast forward to this morning I find out they changed my prescription. There is nothing like paying over 600 bucks to get exactly what I didn't want....oh yeah a big THANK YOU to Dr. Crews for all my future headaches when I switch from sunglasses (a different prescription) to my new glasses!!!! Yay for me! They did mention that I could have my lenses switched out if I didn't like the new ones....but hey it's just my time and me being inconvenienced. Again....this is what I get for buying a cheap pair of frames for a mere 600.00. I should feel lucky that the doctor was willing to give me an eye exam! read more

My wife and I have been going here for years, and just put up with the high prices because they treated us good. The last few times we went, they were a bit short with us, double booking appointments and making us wait. The last time we went, we were just a bit late due to traffic, and the Dr. spent 15 minutes lecturing us when they could have been examining us. Extremely unprofessional and rude... I just want to say that I love my new optometrist! Dr. Archambault is AWESOME! I moved to California about 5 months and was recommended by my good friend who had a metal piece in his eye and she carefully and skillfully helped him in no time so he was so happy with this place and recommended it to me. When I came few months ago I could tell all the staff was very nice, the receptionist was very kind and warm, then the eye doctor did such an EXCELLENT job explaining everything with so much care and knowledge. I can tell she really loves what she does and it reflects on her work! Then she referred me to a specialist for my condition (who I saw two days ago) and even him was impressed this was caught so early. Broke my glasses and I tried to go get them repaired at a place that repairs glasses but they were broken in an area that can't be fixed. Decided to pass by here and see if they had any frames I could purchase and change the glass in my glasses to. They took on the challenge and found me a new frame and I can see again :). Waiting for 2 months for eyeglasses that I paid $850 for (yes for one pair!) and still have not received them... Very disappointed... Don't come here unless you want to pay $850.... Then they screw you by giving you the run around... No glasses! Next step is small claims court and see social media! Costco was only $300! read more

After visiting an optometric office for my daughter's yearly exam and being less than happy, this place was a breath of fresh air! The staff greeted us warmly and were helpful with our insurance. When decision time came for picking out new glasses, Elise was very accommodating and patient. She even offered a suggestion for a frame to try! We have been customers of Foothill Optometric Center for a very long time, about 10+ years. Have never had a single problem with them. Quality products, excellent customer service, and a friendly staff. They have a wonderful warranty program on their glasses that comes in very handy when my daughter's glasses get scratched or broken. Their prices might seem higher than the outlet stores or Walmart, but you get quality products and service, and with their warranty you actually save money in the long run.
