All she wanted was a new battery…read more They replaced the battery, but they forgot to put the gasket back in and then when it got wet (as it always did before) it got in the watch and so she brought the watch back to have them fix it or at least replace the battery and dry it out. They told her it would be $45 to replace the battery and when she said no, they put it back together WET! It has since rusted in the gears. My Son took it out to his workshop using alcohol he saturated it and blew it out with the air compressor and it's working again. We Will never ever take jewelry to this place again. Our family has a very large presence in this desert. We will always advise against this place anytime the conversation of jewelry comes up. It will be a first and foremost part of the conversation.

He then comped my repair because I had (incorrectly!) thought that his battery replacement had caused the damage and he (correctly!) stands by his work. When I realized my mistake and apologized and tried to pay for the repair, he refused to let me and said that he hoped he'd see me again as a customer. I will not only be back, but will share this story with anyone looking for a place that operates with both skill and integrity. I tried calling the store back and was told by one of the workers that they only sell Moissanite tennis bracelets. A family member was there with me and she verified that we were both told it was lab diamond. On top of that, my local jeweler verified that it was cubic zirconium NOT even Moissanite. I am currently at a loss for words. There is a zero % chance I would have paid that much money for anything less than lab diamonds.
