His English isn't 100% by his own admission, but I had no trouble understanding, and the company responds quickly via YELP or by phone. Recommended for fast fix in a pinch! He provides cost estimates for any upgrades or repairs he suggests, and the decision is always yours. There is no pressure--just information. I brought my boyfriend's laptop to Jason after it fell, damaging the DC power jack. This has happened before, and we weren't sure it could be repaired again. Jason assured me it could. He provided a very reasonable up-front estimate for the part and labor, which I gladly agreed to. Once he opened up the computer, Jason diagnosed a few other problems.
