I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

When I called to get everything set up, I left a voice mail and within a very short time India called me back and did all of the paperwork needed when we were ready to get the storage set up,. She was great also, so helpful. Because India was new, she wanted to make sure she was doing everything correctly, and had to put me on speaker while she spoke with her supervisors to confirm that she was doing everything correctly. I was impressed with the level of respect the people she was speaking with had toward her. That is customer service at its best. When supervisors treat their new team members with respect and patience, you know it's a great place. This is my storage place for as long as I need them. They are the best!

In about 6 weeks I got a call- a space opened up and our trailer has been there ever since. The manager is super friendly and helpful and the space is just over half what I was paying previously so I have been nothing but pleased. The yard is filled with RVs, work trailers, travel trailers, and cars that are in various stages of decay waiting for restoration. It is easy in and out and the spot is large enough for my trailer.
