NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

Everyone I had contact with was professional and friendly and super helpful. My first unit was too small and I realized that after I saw it in person, luckily they had the bigger one available and I was able to pivot there. Place is clean, easy to get in and out of and I think the biggest plus is that it's safe. It's in a great area, and I never had issues with pets (two legged OR four legged kinds) I'd definitely recommend, keeping in mind it's a little off the beaten path if you don't mind that.

The day I drove up there I was greeted by the most beautiful house and gated storage facility I had ever seen. My biggest concern was the cost for a unit since the place was so nice. My 10ft by 12ft unit is $90/month. I pay $190 in the Bay Area. The lady in the office is most personable and told me all about their business. It's family run and it is the best place hands down in Reno. They are secluded, well secured, friendly, and the rates cannot be beat. The units are worth much more than they are charging. If people knew about this place it would put most of the other places put of business. Definitely go see them and stop looking.
