Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! I hired this company last minute, and while the movers showed up and completed a walkthrough, I was not properly informed about the capacity limitations of the truck. After reviewing all of my belongings--including items in the garage--the mover later stated that everything would not fit and that a second day of moving would be required. This lack of upfront communication caused significant inconvenience and additional costs. Because everything was not moved out in one day, my apartment charged me for an extra day of rent, and I also had to pay for a second day of moving services. Had I been informed ahead of time that the truck would not accommodate everything, I would have either rescheduled, arranged for a larger truck, or made proper accommodations with my apartment. Unfortunately, this situation felt avoidable and left me feeling that the situation was not handled transparently.

The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got.
