Victor and Kevin were the hardest working, most efficient movers I have ever worked with. We had a complicated move: many items in the house needed to be thrown in a dumpster outside the house, other items were moving with my parents to assisted living, and others yet were going into storage. Victor and Kevin kept it all straight and did it in record time. They did NOT take breaks (I had to insist they take 30 seconds when I offered them water). Great guys. Very respectful and friendly. My only feedback (for home office, not Victor and Kevin) was that communication over email prior to the move was occasionally delayed and a bit clipped (one-word answers). I also only learned that there was a heavy-item fee of $150 PER item AFTER booking (didn't see that in any of the materials I read beforehand or the contract) bc I sent the company an email with a list of the furniture we were moving. They were fair in applying the rate, but knowing that in advance would have helped bc it can hike the cost significantly. I will say, I thought the move would take 4 hours and the owner/manager accurately predicted that it would take closer to 6-7 hours, so I appreciated his expertise in assessing the time (bc they charge hourly). I would definitely use A2 again.

Oscar & Sapar were extremely careful with my belongings and easy to work with. Giving the company a 4 because I was unaware of the automatic 3 hours they charge, so I ended up spending about $250 over my calculations. I definitely recommend if you need your stuff moved gracefully.

Top service ! I've had movers and haaaated them. These guys where in time, professional, knew how assemble everything I asked them to assemble. What started as an absolute moving nightmare turned into a huge win thanks to A2 Moving. We were scheduled to move from OC to LA and had booked Clutter weeks in advance--only to get a text last minute saying they rescheduled us to a different day. Our lease was up. No flexibility. Total panic mode. After nearly an hour on the phone going nowhere, I had to find a new moving company immediately. I jumped on Yelp, found A2 Moving, and honestly just had a good feeling. The photos, the reviews, the vibes--it felt right. Huge relief when they told me they had two movers available last minute. Adam and Sean showed up and completely saved the day. Not only did they move everything from OC to LA efficiently, but they also helped pack fragile items like our TV and even packed an entire closet of clothes and shoes that I had zero time to deal with. Above and beyond. They were fast, careful, kind, and flexible--and at $109/hour, it was more than fair for the level of help they provided. Even my mom (who is extremely picky about people) couldn't stop talking about how impressed she was with how hard they worked. First of all they write their own reviews. After they finished moving us they asked us to write a review. They asked us to take a phot with them and post it with the review, which we found weird, but decided to move forward with it. As we started to type one of the guys asked if he could type and he actually wrote the whole review himself. After leaving the review and posting our photo under the A2 Moving - Irvine page he copied and pasted the review to the A2 Moving Long Beach page. Lastly, did the same for their business on Google Maps. Quick Highlights: - We hired 2 guys and 3 showed up and were charged extra. - They were slow when unloading their truck and took only 1 item at a time. - When my friends I and I helped unload their truck they asked us to stop and gave us unwelcoming and dirty looks. - We we're charged OVER what we were quoted. read more

They were very efficient. Got everything done in 4 hours which was great. Their price was very fair. The beginning was a little rocky as they got lost and did get frustrated on the phone with me and hung up on my several times but I do think it may have just been a language barrier. They were both super nice in person and handled everything with care. I would definitely hire them again. Adam was extremely personable and a huge help! Thank you for your work! read more

From the booking process to the moving day everything was very efficient and easy. The guys communicate well and were fast but also took great care of our items. This is my second move with the company in less than two months. The first move was to "declutter" our house to stage it and the second move was the final move. Faruk and Nick helped me move today and they were exceptional! I had a lot of very heavy items and they took great care of all the pieces. They also did this in 100 degree weather and they had amazing attitude the entire time. Very nice guys who took their time to always ask me where I wanted my items, very organized and thoughtful. They also wrapped up all the big items so well and I'm just beyond impressed. Fast and very professional, would highly recommend hiring A2 moving for moving large furniture and appliances. We booked an appointment for moving less than 10 miles away from our current to new apartment a few days ago. They came around 09:30 AM (9-10 Am time frame). The two movers were friendly and wrapped the couches and beds/other items in a plastic wrap. The whole process took 5 hours, probably would have taken a couple days if it was just us moving everything. Price is reasonable for two guys+truck for $109 per hour (3 hour minimum), no charge for boxes and dolly use. Recommend getting cash since they charge extra for credit card. They do not charge for double time under a 10 mile distance. Overall very satisfied with the experience and none of our furniture and appliances were damaged during the process. read more

Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. We hired Nick's company to move a two-bedroom apartment over a distance of approximately one mile. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. 1. Unforeseen & Coerced Charges: Upon arrival, the moving crew declared that a chest dresser was "too huge and heavy" and demanded an immediate, extra fee not included in our original quote. Since they had already arrived and we were forced to move that day, we had no choice but to accept this coerced price increase, which put us under immediate and unfair financial pressure. 2. Excessive Time: Despite the incredibly short, one-mile distance between locations, the move took an unacceptable 7.5 hours to complete. This is a severe reflection of poor planning and efficiency. 3. Property Damage and Silence: During the move, the crew caused significant damage to our property. My refrigerator was clearly damaged (photo evidence is available), and my night table was also damaged. I immediately reached out to Nick via both email and text message to arrange for the repair of the refrigerator. As of today, I have received zero response from the company or Nick, showing a complete lack of professionalism and accountability for the damage they caused. Warning: This company prioritizes extracting last-minute fees over customer service or care for property. I had great experience with A2 moving company. The movers called beforehand to tell me the window of time they would show up, which is helpful. They showed up on time and were polite. The movers worked hard and efficiently to wrap all the furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged (see photos). They worked extra hard since there wasn't elevator access and moved all our very heavy furniture down 3 flights and up 3 flights of stairs, which requires a lot of work! They provided these big boxes to easily move all our clothing and to make sure our lamps were protected during the ride to the new apartment. I would highly recommend A2 moving! I just had A2 Moving move a bunch of furniture to two locations from OC to LA, and had a great experience with them despite some of the reviews on here. Ricky and Peter were incredibly thorough with their work. They also communicated concerns they had with some of the larger pieces including an armoire and solved the problem quickly. I appreciated their flexibility since I requested an additional drop-off location last minute and weren't trying to charge me with any extra fees. Upon booking this company I spoke with Nick whom I thoroughly expressed to that I wanted to remain within a threshold of 6hrs maximum during my move . I was quoted for 6hrs with 3 movers . Peter Roberto and Amen were very attentive of our belongings . We asked if they could accommodate to our property being that we were still renovating and had just painted and installed flooring . DO NOT hire A2 Moving -- total rip-off and waste of time! Omg, I seriously regret calling them. They tried to charge me $250 just to move a TV -- on top of other hidden fees! I wasn't even asking for a full move or a truck. I only needed help transferring a few items from one unit to another within the same apartment community, less than 100 feet away, no stairs, both units on ground level -- couldn't be easier. They also showed up late, completely wasting our time and making an already stressful day worse. Totally unprofessional and overpriced. Originally I had booked this company for a morning move and unfortunately I had to reschedule for the afternoon. After a couple bumps in the road I ended needing service at night and although I kept rescheduling with such short notice they were STILL able to help me !
