Got my order wrong twice. customer service was non-existent. I was told that there was no way for them to track my order once they place it.

Misinformed me so I would pay for the service, didn't tell me about what my insurance would cover more of until after I had already paid. When I told the manager I felt like he should have explained everything he didn't care, didn't even acknowledge he messed up, and tried to deflect by saying he told me the price. You should explain to people that insurance will cover more of your exam if they dilate your eyes somewhere else, but they are so money hungry, and he was so visibly upset that he was shaking. So insanely rude ! I understand that maybe I should have asked more questions, but the fact that he tried to shift the blame on me for paying is crazy work. Be an adult and acknowledge the fact that you knew you should have explained me something yet didn't until after. read more

They refuse to answer the retail phone. On two separate days I called and it went voicemail. I don't want to drive 18 miles to ask a question because thry won't answer the phone. Today I sat in my car and watched her. She let the phone ring and it was ringing when I walked in. She was on her phone and busted. Once my glasses come in I won't be . Very poor customer service at this location. No one answers the phone. I was told by one staff member that the call was going somewhere else. It took at least 6 weeks to recieve my glasses. I have a problem, but don't want to go back to this location. read more

Got my glasses there twice previously and there were spots on the lens after wearing a few weeks! Salesperson told me I needed to wet cloth with water before wiping! Guess what! I am a gluten for punishment and got my prescription for glasses filled there once again! Now, a big scratch inside the lens! Then salesperson said she can't say it was me that caused scratch, because you can't feel scratch from surface, scratch was within the lens! So they decide to fix. Now I can't get them to answer phone to see if my glasses are ready! I am done with them!!! read more

Service needs improvement. Too much standing around before i received salesperson interaction. The quality of eyeglass frames is questionable for the price of $400. I purchased designer glasses and the lense popped out from the frame THE NEXT DAY!! I give them a 2 star rating because the returns was handled professionally and with no hassel. read more

Me and wife went to this location on 8/18/22. We were both looking to purchase eye glasses. Here the deal we walk we was not greeted, not even a hello. Middle aged white lady helping out a older gentleman and a middle aged black women came behind the counter to assist, the other lady. So we continued to look at frames for about 15 minutes. The whole time we was in the store still no assistance. We walked still no thank you for visiting. Fire the bit...s they should be the people the Represent a store at all. Mind you there was no other people in store. WILL NOT RETURN. My money is good somewhere else. The manager can go back and review the cameras around 1:20 pm. read more

I got everything needed in a small amount of time. I was planning on being there at least an hour and a half. I had time to get my nails done after! Everyone in the store was really nice, but the glasses are NOT! I ordered glasses and waited for 17 days, but no one ever called me to tell me when they were ready for pick-up...I finally had to call them myself. When I went to pick them up, the lenses were MAJORLY scratched to the point where they were spreading light everywhere when I put them on. They looked like they had been used for years. The earpiece also had a TON of sticker residue all over them that I couldn't remove. Obviously no one had even bothered to clean them up or check the lenses. Let's hope they are better the second time around since I've already waited over half a month just to be disappointed the first time! read more

The optometrist was amazing but just received not so great service from a staff member that misquoted my insurance coverage and was about to charge me and EXTRA $100. Very dry and not looking to be helpful what so ever. Good thing I called my insurance company for clarity because this young lady Gio did not want to assist me. Not sure Ill be back unfortunately. UPDATE: A year later and i have had a consistent eye concern for about 6 months, the optometrist here Dr. Nwachukwu was pretty helpful most times I came in. One day before asking to switch to another brand of lenses I came in for a follow up appointment. She had a HORRIBLE attitude and she was extremely rude. I hadn't even opened my mouth to speak and she came in being mean and nasty for no apparent reason. Maybe she had had a long day, either way it is NO way to treat a patient/customer. I will continue to make sure that this review is heard across many different platforms because her treatment was not okay I hope that she does not ever behave this way again to any one else! However, the front office staff, and everyone else has been friendly and kind outside of the staff member previously mentioned who is no longer there. read more

No need to make appointment. Very slow the optometrist only mumbles. When you set down for what your plan pays for, They only can offer the up grades. I had already confirmed they will use my plan. The office manger can help. I left went down the road got what my plan pays for I will not be going back. read more

My wife and I each had an eye exam and purchased new polarized prescription sunglasses (frames and lenses) on May 21, 2021 - or at least we thought we did. The employee took a long time entering our information into the computer. The glasses took a long time. When we went to pick them up, they were not sunglasses. The same employee told us that they should be sunglasses and he would send them back. The weeks went by, and we received two calls from the same employee apologizing for the delay. We decided to stop at the store on July 17. A new employee named Lisa told us "yeah, those guys are gone. The messed up allot of stuff". She said she would try to find out where the glasses were and would let us know. Lisa called me on July 30 and said that we hadn't actually paid for polarized lenses, it would cost us another $90 for each pair to add that. I told her that after 10 years of being a customer at this store I would have thought they would comp the difference given the situation. She didn't agree and did not offer to do anything else despite my complaint. read more

Horrible business! Went in for a 1:00 exam appointment, still hadn't been seen by 2:00. This leaves me both confused and frustrated. Either appointments are only suggested times here or they poorly book them. I left with no eye exam and will be finding a new eye doctor. Very disappointing. read more

I've enjoyed both of the pairs of eyeglasses I've bought at For Eyes and the service our family has received for our eye checkups, but my review today concerns the service provided by Keith, the manager. I accidentally stepped on my prescription sunglasses and broke them badly. Initially the folks at For Eyes told me it was a lost cause, but then Keith went to work. He looked through a bunch of old pieces (temples?) to attach to the part of my glasses with the lenses and then was able to find some that fit and did not clash with the existing design. He cleaned them up and they fit! I was so thankful. Keith really went above and beyond for me today, and I appreciate it. read more

Very impressed and happy with my visit to this store! I had medical flex dollars to use before the end of the year and drove around looking for an eyewear store to help me replace the lenses of my not-so-old frames with a new prescription. Keith at this store helped me. Of all the stores I visited, Keith is the only one who I truly believe knows and understands the products he sells. He discussed various lenses with me, what each were good for, how they were made. He listened to my needs and explained why he choose the lenses he suggested for me. He answered all my questions. He asked if I had vision insurance, which I do not, and so extended a nice discount on my new lenses (I think maybe 30%). I was also able purchase a pair of reading/computer (prescription) glasses as well, at a very good price. I asked about prescription sun glasses and said that I needed to check to see how much money I had left to spend this year before I committed to making another purchase. I went back two days later, chose frames for sunglasses, and Keith added them to my original order, making the purchase eligible for their year end special, which was 50% off a second pair. The sunglasses were much more expensive than the reading/computer glasses I ordered, but the 50% was taken off the price of the sunglasses. I visited For Eyes as a walk in the Dr. was great and answered any question I had. The red flags begin when the representatives that was reviewing my insurance didn't know how to pull it up, didn't have my correct allocations, and all there lens coverings were automatically added to the bill. When asked to explain why I needed so many lens options 2 additional sales people came to the table. As I explained I want more clarity on the charges not just charge me for something I don't know what it is for the became more pushy car salesman's. When I finally got someone to show the breakdown of cost they started you NEED polycarbonate because it's shatter resistant and it can stop a bullet and deflects UV (if a bullet is coming to my eye I need something more than a pair of prescription eyewear), blue light is another NEED because it reflects lights and UV. As I explained my last pair of eyewear has blue light and I can see the blue tint when driving and that is counter productive for me if I can't see. All 3 gave a guarantee that their blue light is of the highest quality. Now after being irritated and paying almost $200 for eye ware from pushy salespeople they will be mailed to me and if anything is wrong return back. Mailed? Is this because of Covid? No it was not several customers we're picking up their eyewear. I have no turn around time for the eyewear and no tracking number. I have NEVER experienced an optometrist appointment like that before their salesperson are unhelpful and will add as many lens coatings until you question their actions then their shyster ways are revealed. I have a family of 5 that had appointments before this. I will definitely be going somewhere else. read more

Worst customer service ever! I need some contacts for which i came to them for an exam about 4mths ago! I show up to get some contacts and they have not even put my info in the system from the last time! So they have to go to the paper file system and sure enough the doctor filled out the wrong info and my prescription wasn't inputted completely. So i go to Sam's club with a copy of my script which was for a particular type of contacts that nobody seems to carry. So Sam's club callled Foreyes to see if they would allow me to go back to my old script of oasis contacts and ofcoarse nobody could help out! Will never use these people again! read more
