Through yelp, I found this place and read some positive reviews of Dr. Lee. I made an appointment for myself and two kids and we all had our eyes examined by Dr. Lee. He's friendly and I never felt rushed through our appointments. He made sure to answer all questions and concerns. When our exam is done, we have the choice to get our prescriptions written and head out to another place to shop and shop here directly. Honestly, I knew I needed the Asians fit so I browsed around to see what they have on stocked. It didn't take too long for me to fit 'the one' pair of frame. It was light weight, cute and fits my face perfectly. The best part is the frames are reasonably priced compared to my other Asian fit frame I purchased in north jersey. 20% discounts are given to customers who doesn't have insurance for frames and yes, unfortunately that applies to us. I'm happy with my glasses and so is my son. For my daughter, there were no change in her eyesight exam which is great as she can still wear her existing pair. Their staff is friendly and really try to work with the patients/customers. I have seen them on providing costs effective and solutions if you have any financial concerns.

Then they had to confirm some things with the doctor and give me a call back but they literally said "the doctor is all booked today so I might not be able to call you back today." What kind of service is this. Especially they knew I had a tight timeline on receiving these products. I do not recommend this place if you need somewhere reliable. Update - they charged me $100 for astigmatism contacts. I thought I paid for getting contacts. Apparently they charged me this much only for the fitting. If I want contacts through them I have to pay another $100. At time of payment I was told I'm paying for contacts. Prior to payment I asked for the contacts pricing and they told me. No one informed me I was being charged for a fitting not the actual contacts. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

From the beginning I've always been impressed by the quality of care and services rendered by all doctors and staff. The office environment is bright, clean, modern, and inviting. They used to have a Keurig coffee station in the waiting room (before COVID-19). I believe that Dr. Corbin-Simon is the owner which would make this optometry practice a M/WBE. Highly recommend the added services to screen for eye health even though these services are not traditionally covered by insurance. OptoMap ($39) looks at the back of the eye, and iWellness ($39) looks at the layers of the eye. I requested both for a discounted price of $59. I found the optomap reading to be very thorough and illuminating although, but iWellness was not so simple to understand.

On top of that they are not allowing me to get one earlier and have not followed up with insurance company to assert that the fault is theirs. Also-know your insurance! They will bill you for items your insurance should cover and tell you you are wrong when you question them. After bringing proof they refused to give money back and put as a credit on account(now  I can't change dr's without losing more money). Terrible service, have gone here for a while but it has deteriorated and the treatment this last year is beyond atrocious. I am losing insurance due to my job and because of this office I won't have what I need that I should have had covered 5 months ago.
